my minor child is using the "Freedom of Speech", when it comes to her chores & using it for argument sake when it is time to do chores or other things at home , what are my rights as a parent & can i make her do the chores ? i have asked.

The recent decision to allow a lawyer into court wearing a mask frightens me. I have been asked to cash a cheque by someone wearing a veil. they would not remove it and I did not know if it was a man or a woman.

Saturday the 11th day of November , I was in Quincy Illinois to visit my son . He met this guy through another friend, he told me and my son
He had been at a bar in Quincy and was invited to a party and these people who rented this house was taking nude picture of a 14 yr old boy ,and pictures ( porn )of 10 year girl who was crying and asking this perfect stanger to help her.The boy wanted to tie this same man up and have sex with him (tie this guy up and tried ) I live in Missouri and I have no idea what to do or should I just mind own business. Please help

Why, because the leader of the BNP was acquitted in court of racial hatred are the government considering a change of law? What the hell is going on in this country? This man was tried in a court of law and was found NOT GUILTY - end of. Why are islamic zealots permitted to scream their hatred for non muslims, order the killing of anybody who speaks out against islam and burn effigies in the street and the authorities do nothing for fear of offending them!
It seems that if our justice system does not deliver the verdict the government wants then they will just change the law to fit.

ok i know i am guilty am what i did was wrong so pls do not respond to this if you just want to critize me...i need adivce. My court date is next month and i am really scared. I have no prior criminal history and i heard about this diversion program that i can do to try to get this off of my record.i was looking it up online and can't find anything in the state of california, im pretty sure there has to be some kind of diversion program here for shoplifters. My question is that i live in Los Angeles, california, and wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a diversion program availble if so do you know the website or contact info. Thanx

Since 1990 I am representing myself before all federal & provincial courts in Canada, Ontario & Quebec

I filed ample motions and lawsuits against lawyers for Misrepresentation of Facts & Law in Factum

It is practice in Canadian Courts to remove productive facts from Factum & I have never seen a judge objects to these kind of frauds

I know in Iran & USA there are many lawyers behind the bars for crimes v. administration of justice
It is impossible a judge admits to lawyers' corruption in Canada

She was leaving a grocery store and got rear end by a truck, the driver then got out and started cursing at her. She had to spend a couple days in the hospital. What can she do? Does the other persons insurance cover her since it wasn't her fault. Can she sue for damages or what? Any advice would be appreciated.

For those of you who know the movie and have seen it bear with me for just a minute while I explain the movie to others. The movie is about two brothers who after a bar fight go on vigilanty style killings. They only kill men who have killed others, work for mobsters, and mobsters themselves. If you haven't seen it you need to go rent it tonight. So my question is this, if two people went around the United States killing the murders, rapist, molesters, pimps, and other "bad" people, would you be for them or against them?

there have been 200 xtc related deaths in 16 years and 1 million clubbers take it each weekend alone cannibas has killed no-one, were as alchohol kills 6000 per year and is the biggest cause of violent crime and the second biggest killer after tobacco, i think it is because the goverment would have no way of taxing canibas and xtc

I have worked for the same employer here in Michigan for 9 years. I work for the cheapest department in the company and I make horrible pay. I found out that they are hiring in new people for more than I make!! I have been here since highschool! I am qualified to cover multiple jobs and I am full time. My sister was hired in a different dept here a year ago, and she makes $2 more an hour than me! If the economy changes that drastically, don't I get a market adjustment on my wages? I think I should at LEAST get paid the increase the new hires are getting.

Hi, im a student in college right now extremely interested in becoming a patent lawyer but I have a ton of questions:

1) What is it like to be a patent lawyer
2) what does a typical day look like
3) Im going to get a degree in biochemistry, does it matter what science I choose? Are my career options limited rather than majoring in engineering?
4) What is the starting salary in new york?
5) is law school required to become a patent attorney?
6) When should I take the patent bar?
7) How do I get an internship for a patent attorney?
