If the case was a municipal matter, it would have been adjudicated by the County Court of Douglas County, Nebraska. Contact the clerk of the county court, criminal division, and you can go in person and look at the file. Its a public record. They will not allow you to check it out or leave with it, however.

If it is a state charge, (felony) then it was handled by the District Court. You can contact the Clerk of the District Court at (402) 444-7018 and they can tell you how to obtain information from the case. Unfortunately, they don't appear to have information available online. However, you can obtain copies of the file and/or you can look at the file by going to the court in person.
