I am having issues w/a neighbor.I am on section8.What are my rights?

It depends on the issues. You have rights, section 8 or not, to live in peace and quiet during specific times of the night, usually between 9pm and 7am. If you have complaints, direct them to your rental office.

You need to contact HUD who are the ones in charge of section 8 and issuing certificates for that. Go to www.HUD.gov and email someone to ask what your rights are as a section 8 tenant.
