We transport a confessed killer to the usa, on the assumption he might have killed jonn benet when they had a dna sample. why didn't we wait to get the results before we fly him, feed him, and waste taxpayers time and money. An attorney is in jail for the murder of his neighbor because he thought his daughter was molested by the man, Yet michael Jackson had sex allegations brought to him and his children were never removed from his home, And oj simpson enjoys his days on a golf course ater killing his wife. The jury was not presented all the evidence that was given to the public, How can you make an informed decesion when you don't have all the info. Is it me or do any of you think our system of justice if that's what you want to call it has gone down the toilet. Let me hear from you.

This California Supreme Court case is sited in cases related to insanity. I am trying to find a full copy of the original case on the internet, or other "free" solution, for genealogy purposes. The original murder occurred 1928 in Farmersville, California. Leong Fook went to San Quentin where he was executed about 13 months later. Leong Fook's case is sited today in many insantity defense court cases. I'm not certain if the subject case is his specific case, but it is the text in citations. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

My ex has ample visitiation with our children and i have done everything in my power to facilitate this (including driving the kids there due to him losing his licence for dui). On days when he is working long hours and won't be there for his visits, I have allowed his mom (paternal grandma) to have the visits instead. Now, however, he wants me to drop the kids off with his new wife (who I've known since grade 7 and frankly don't like). My question is this ... do I have an obligation to do so (espcially if they don't want to) Or should I be the better person and force my kids to go? I am in Ontario, Canada and would appreciate local answers.

Driver throws a party and then decides that more alcohol is needed. He leaves with two other minors and a 21 year old friend. The driver is 18, the other passengers are 16, 17 and 21. On the return trip the driver crashes the car and kills himself the 16 year old and injures the other two passengers. I don't believe the 21 year old supplied the original alcohol, but may have bought additional that was in the trunk of the car at the time of the accident. What are the ramifications of the 21 year old now that two minors have been killed????

I started work last week at a seasonal halloween store. In the interveiw they never once mentioned that cashiers are forced to also to do the heavy lifting and stocking. So I took the job thinking it was a simple normal cashier job and my arthritis could handle this. Turns out that I had to do a little bit of lifting, 10 Lb. boxes was a strain but I could do a bit of it. After another day they wanted me to lift again, the boxes were heavier. I told then I shouldn't be doing this, but they promised it would be a one time thing. So I sucked up my pain and lifted some boxes. The next day I could barely move. I had no choice but to call in to work and request off. And told them that moving the boxes really upset my joints. The next day (today) I went in for my normal 9-5 and they took me in a back room, and said "This job isn't for you, it's all heavy lifting and you're going to slow us down. With your disability you have a choice to quit or be fired." Is this even legal?

Free speech should stop at critizing the government or the President. If you critize the government or the President you should face fines and prison time.

I am a cashier at a gas station. We have no camera system at all, and I had been accused of things I did not do, twice, without proof. One was when the safe came up short on my shift, and the other was when 90+dollars of lottery tickets came up missing, but she had written everyone employed there up. Someone had quit right after getting wrote up for the lottery tickets, and she had suspected that person anyway. I had heard that she took that offense off of our records, but as far as I know, they're still on there. Getting to the point, I came up 6 dollars short on my register last night, and I am afraid that she will write me up for it. I know she can write me up for that, but that will be my third 'offense', and while for a fact I did not do the first to, she can ultimately fire me. Is it legal to write somebody up without proof that they did anything (like i said, NO cameras at all), and what are my options if she does fire me? Will it be hard to find another job?

If so, could it be inferred that no-one is allowed to sell items to persons who don't meet the age requirement?

If not, could the fact that an ebayer was under 18 be enough for the defendant to win in a small claims court, in a situation where he has committed to buy goods, but refused to pay? (the goods have not been despatched to him)
