This is a positive policy to make the women feel happy about being virtual slaves to the male dominated society.

Reservation of 33% seats for women in legistlature is unconstitutional because it will deprive other people to have the positions. What if there are no qualified women for the said percent. People should be given the choice to select whether it be a woman or male legislator.

ahh yet another case of affirmative action, but on a more drastic scale...i see that they want to have a representative body of government, but making a law this discriminatory (while it does have good intentions) would completely alter the perceptions of the citizens of the nation
