The punishment for all the crimes mentioned in your question should be death - death by burning the culprits in a fire in a public place and telivised live so more people can see (especially for the terrorists)

It's probably not what you want to hear, but no. Besides, you can't as long as you are in the EU. Your country has ratified the European Human rights charta which doesn't allow for capital punishment.
Apart from the fact that the death penalty is barbaric and de-humanizing, didn't you ever hear of your own countries recent history (look up Birmingham Six, just for one example) If you had had the death penalty then 6 innocent people would have been murdered. (As it was they "only" spent 15 years in prison). Do you really agree with that?

Depends on whether you believe life is a right or a privilege. If its a right then no one can or should take it, even if it is the whole "eye for an eye" Hammurabi bag. If it's a privilege then the moment you take the life of someone else, you've lost your breathing priveldges. I cant answer this, as I am not divine and do not claim to understand the nature of life. Yet, we mere mortals decide all the time who and what should live or die.

Hmmm, if facing the death penalty if he gets caught then why wouldn't Mr. Criminal kill the only wintess?
Lots of dead young girls and little kiddies. Fantastic idea, what's next, chocolate fireguard?
Morally it is wrong too but i wont even bother going into that.
Also, the rate of recidivism is not way to base how affective prison is as a deterrent

Well , it may seem the best penalty for such criminals, but is not for us to decide to kill someone. life in prison with hard work in the use of the comunity is a much more better ideea. God sad ''Don`t kill'' he didn`t sad who not to kill and who to kill, just don`t kill , beacuase you wil become a murderer *** well. The best way is to put them to work, hard work, and behind the bars for the rest of their life. Is something productive, a much worse punisment, and you will remain a holly person *** well.

Yes, count me in ! I would make it open to the public as a lesson. I think firing squad would be OK but I'm not against any other type of execution, people say this penalty is to harsh what they don't understand is that after only a few, these crimes would stop very quickly.

Only want it for Terrorism in case a mistake is made. For that mistakes are unlikely, but I think Letheal Injection is a good idea, that time it takes will be painful, giving them time to regret their crimes before they die.

i think that there shouldnt be a death penalty. not that wha poeple do is right...but if we kill them...they have no chance for them to turn their life around. so many people in jail turn their lives around and become Christians...they really understand what they did and how wrong it was. i hitnk instead of the death enalty...they should have a life sentence in jail...because it is just as bad. also if we kill someone who made a poor decision, what are we showing thm but the same hatred that they snould who they hurt of kill. our country was founded on the Bible, but everything has slowly been changing, but we need to show love...or noone will get it. we are just showing them the same hatred and hurt that they show poeple. God loves everone no matter how bad they are. so we hsould too. therfore to conclude my point...i think that there should be no death penalty altogether.

Only for the most heinous murderers,& then only when there is100% proof. The antis' should realise there are some people who are so thoroughly evil that they should not be allowed to exist. As for 'finding God',isn't it amazing that it happens to so many of them AFTER all their appeals have failed.Of course that's just to fool the antis' & the 'holy-joes'into protesting against their execution.Imagine this:A man comes home from work, finds his wife & young daughter savagely murdered ,after being raped & tortured. You see the accused in court smirking at everyone, being the big man.If you were the victims' husband/father would you not want that animal put down? Why should a killers life be more valuable than his victims?

i am not sure about the kidnap
and some rape cases can be hazy
for these two i would say prison sentences
but the others definitely by hanging because bullets cost money
and one rope can be used over and over again
