elementary school policies that would not withstand judicial scrutiny? Specifically state which policy and why you think it is not legally sound.

If not name some incidents that have occurred in a school setting that my have legal implications. For instance, corporal punishment, dress codes, etc.

not allowing bible groups to meet and use school property, this was found to be illegal by courts, forcing schools to allow church groups to meet when it is student lead.

What you are asking is too wide ranging for a reasonable answer. In fact, you are asking members of Yahoo/Answers to do research that you should do or pay an attorney to do.

If you searched on your own you would find many, many, legal cases (such as:
http://www.cfif.org/htdocs/legal_issues/archive/legal_updates_4rs.htm )
whether such would apply or not as to meeting your criteria none of use would know.

If you want someone to do your research for free, I suggest that you contact a law school student and convince them to take it on as a project.
