I need info about writing a professional, compassionate and well thought out letter to a federal judge asking for mercy and leniency for a man that has 4 small children and is a good man who was caught up with a company that broke the law. He no longer could afford a defense attorney and plead guilty to 2 of 4 counts of a white collar criminal offense. We need help to let this judge know the truth that this is out of character for this man, he is honest, hard working and a Christian. Any help would be greatly appreciated, he is facing 24 months in federal prison and we are requesting house arrest or probation because his wife is pregnant and he is the sole provider for his family.

Put in jail .His hearing is days later and the women hires a friend(lawyer) to represent her husband. While visited by the friend the husband spills all his beans telling her that he has HIV and other STD's. MY question is should the friend tell the wife about the husbands condition. IF she was to tell it would breach the husbands confidentiality that his laywer is not to tell anyone else of his case. On the other hand the husband may be thretening his wifes human harm by not telling her. MY FINAL quESTION IS; SHOULD THE FRIEND TELL THE WIFE ABOUT THE HUSBANDS STD condidtion.

We are in a civil suit, in a Circuit Court In Kentucky, trying to get Grandparents Visitation. Today in open court, the respondents in this case, as we are the Petitioners, their Attorney Lied to the Judge, and told him that a request had been made for us to do bring in the prescription that was prescribed by our Doctor, so as it could be tested for Drug levels that was show in the test, compared to what the prescribed dosage was ordered. It was said by the attorney, that the independant Drug Testing Facility requested us to do so, which was not and is not true! We have proof from that Facility to that fact! Now what can be done to that Attorney for doing this, and being caught in it, that is the lie the attorney told?

My father who is still young, but will be old very soon, rejects to write up a will. He says that all of his belongings will be mine. I disagree because I overheard that the government can take everything away without a will. Is a will an actual legal document that is needed, or just a derivation of a contract? Also, is it explicit that it is an important and mandatory form that must be completed?

There are immense amounts of porn out there, especially on Internet. However, the federal government hasn't done much to curb the increase of pornographic materials.
Some say, porn is fine. Some say porn is evil, corrupts people's mind and therefore should be abolished. In the U.S., there seems to be more people who favor pornography as it is sex-saturated society.
Do you guys believe pornography will ever go away? Should we at least show some efforts to curb growth of pornography so we can prevent more people from becoming a porn addict?

the majority of politicians are lawyers and most of the laws that have been introduced have been against what the majority of people think,it seems that the laws are pro criminals, even if its known that someone is guilty the case can be thrown out on a technicality,an example is if someone breaks into your house and falls over a chair and breaks a leg then they can sue you,the lawyers have the most to gain by creating laws that they know are really anti justice,i am sick of it,what about you.
