Ok, what are the chances of getting caught having sex with a minor...? I'm not having sex with a minor...but my boyfriend is about to turn 18...and I'm just wondering, how likely would it be to get caught? And what are the ways we could get caught...?

If the boy and girl are only one, or in many states two, years apart in age either the law or state policy prevents prosecution.
Beyond that, see below. Marriage helps in most, but not all cases. Not in Nebraska apparently.

Well, you need to balance the risks of someone (anyone) finding out, against having your boyfriend be labeled a "sex offender" for life, being locked in jail for years and having a felony conviction on his record for statutory rape.
Do the math. Or talk to an attorney.

If your parents find out they could have him charged with statutory rape and he would go to jail and get a record.
