Of course not.

A corporate program -- almost any corporate program -- has to be explicit and well-communicated, which means in writing. There has to be protection for miscarriages of justice: some kind of appeal procedure. And decisions should be transparent and objective.

And it has to start at the top. A corporate culture of arrogance, lying and/or cheating almost always reflects the character of the bosses. Hypocrisy is easily detected even by the smallest child.

Crafting a humorous response is a dangerous thing... It usually backfires... Most academics have seen hundreds of students try to be cute or funny, it almost never impresses them.

You should be doing your own homework, rather than asking someone to do it for you. Do you not see the irony of plagarizing or copying someone's else answer regarding an ethics class?
