Why are these still allowed?

How does one go about challenging them?

I could give you a list in case anyone doubts but, it is a long list. There's one in SC where a divorced woman must have her ex-husband signoff on a real estate she is selling if she owned it while they were married even if he never paid any of it and his name isn't on the deed. In reverse the male doesn't have to get the ex-wife's approval. The law specifically states only the wife etc

issue to encourage un-needed surgeries and therapy?
I have a Neuro Cargiologist that "apparently " has adjusted my pacemaker to start shocking me in order to scare me into and expensive operation called Ablation.
I have pretty good evidence this is going on and I am working to trap this guy at his game. I had been doing fine up until I saw him and told him so. I felt I was getting better. He told me he doubted it and acted insulted that I wanted to take less drugs and use food supplements to support my therapies. He adjusted my pacemaker at that time but led me to believe he had not. I found this out by speaking with his nurse. Since that visit, 7 days later I started having these horrific shocks from the pacemaker. These "therapy" shocks are very painful. I think this guy is trying to scare me into another operation and into insecurity in order to line his own pocket. If I can prove intentional abuse of this pacemaker system by this doctor how can I put this jerk out of business?

Because of the terrorist attacks, the Government has taken extra procautions to ensure American safety. Some people are even being watched by the goverment on a 24/7 bases. There is a program in their computers in which if certian words are spoken in a conversation, they will investigate the person who meantioned them in case they are a threat. Is it really too unrealistic to think that someday all americans will be under watch? Im sure youve all heard the "big brother" term before. But by allowing our goverment to do these things for our safety, we have to be willing to give up privacy, and some freedoms. (remember freedom is what this country is built on)

So my question is, are you willing to give up some freedoms (little by little, couldnt they all go away?) To ensure the safety of your country?

Im really young (14) and wondering if this idea could be correct. Serious inquires only please. Be nice!

I think my next door neighbor abuses his dog. I've heard him yell at the dog and I've heard the dog cry out in pain, but I've never seen him hit the animal. Is there anything I can do? I live in Virginia.

The US constitution and the code of alabama gaurantees the right to keep and bear arms. Why isn't it a crime to fire someone for having a weapon in their vehicle.
