I want to view my grandfather's will on the internet and it has gone to probate

In some jurisdictions you can read those files online, but in the majority of counties in the US, you need to write or go to the probate court and pay for copies of the file.

Do a search and find the website for the county where your grandfather lived and where the will was filed for probate. If they offer it online, you should find a link to the courts on the official county website.

You might not be able to on the internet, but wherever probate was granted, the will should be there, the will becomes a public document once probate is granted but no before.
