No. The creator of the work holds the copyright.
Purchasing the original doesn't generally grant any rights to make further copies.

No, just as you would not own the copyright to a book if you bought the original manuscript. You would have to specifically buy the copyright from the artist, which would essentially be a contract. This means that you cannot duplicate the work without permission or gain any royalties from its use. You can, however, do whatever you want with the actual work, including sell, loan, or charge people to view it.

No it does not, unless you created the piece of art in question. Ownership of copyright does not transfer to you simply by procuring a piece - the intellectual and physical property of the copyright is still held by the artist. That's if the work is copyrighted at all - I don't think that any art other than art used for commercial purposes is copyrighted.

No, did you obtain a copyright of the work? If not, you do not own that, and you can not duplicate it as your own either. You must obtain permission from the artist to copy his/her material.

COPY RIGHT IS A PREVILLEGE.
NO ! YOU DO NOT HAVE COPYRIGHT EVEN OF YOUR OWN WORK.
FIRST YOU HAVE TO APPLY TO THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES,
THEY WILL CHECK ANY PREVIOUS COPY RIGHTS TAKEN, AND AFTER PAYING CERTAIN AMOUNT YOU CAN OBTAIN COPY-RIGHT OF YOUR OWN WORK.
NOTE : IF A COPY RIGHT OF THAT PICTURE IS ALREADY TAKEN THEN YOU CAN'T TAKE IT AGAIN. BUT YOU CAN USE THAT PICTURE FOR YOURSELVES AND CANT SELL OR DISPLAY FOR SELL.
