I mean, just looking at the actual evidence, the case against him was flimsy as hell. So what if he's innocent, and the media convicted him?

I know he's a scumbag, but that doesn't mean he's a killer.

If a man tries to sue a rocking chair company because he tried to use the rocking chair as a stool and fell, should he be the one to blame and called stupid or the lawyer who took the case? I'm just mad at a lot of stupid lawsuits that have no justification behind them, it's just dumb people doing dumb stuff.

In my opinion, yes, they should be. I have witnessed things no human being should ever have to see or hear. I saw a group of MS-13 gang members massacre young children on a school bus. I think Bush should handle this as terrorism, and treat it as so.

the company filed chapter 7 and close its doors as of 5p/Thursday 7/6 - hr reported that they will overnite the checks for friday delivery - i tracked the package - it wont be here until saturday!! Am I receiving a dummy check? will this check be no good. Did my company do this to me and my former employees on purpose.

The CPS came on 3- 6-06 , told me i couldnt be left alone with my son, because of alegation of drug use, i dont use! my hubby had to quit his job (4mths ago because we dont have any family that could sit with my son and i ,they work. It took the CPS 23 days to give me a drug test! On the 26th day they came to my home and said i failed the test and told me i had to leave and could have no contact with son, they wouldn't let me take another test right then, i told them there had to be a mistake still 4 mths later that is the only test i have had! My hubby and son have been living with my hubby's granma for 3 mths now, he went back to work, but had to take a job paying half what he was! My son has a heart problem we lost our med ins when my hubby left job. I have already lost my car fixing to lose home need car to get a job. Theywill not return my phone calls while they are dragging there feet , our world is coming apart they dont have a case or they would have had a hearing! hlp PLZ

My bf and I are dealing w/ his ex who currently lives in tx. She has a one year old and about 4 months ago called us up and told us it was his and she would be fileing w/ the tx district attorney. She told us 3 months ago that the paperwork she be on its way to us. We havent heard from her in 2 months and I just sent her an IM asking her when we would be recieving something. She told me we would have to call the da's office. I asked her about a case number and she said that she had one, but we would have a different one? is that true? or is she just pulling our leg?
