Should gangsters be considered terrorists?

In my opinion, yes, they should be. I have witnessed things no human being should ever have to see or hear. I saw a group of MS-13 gang members massacre young children on a school bus. I think Bush should handle this as terrorism, and treat it as so.

The power structure of gangs and terror cells are very alike. The tactics both employ are very similar. It's possible the new terror cell in the United States will be gangs. They both practice a level of violence consistent with their goals. They have a recruitment until death policy and both hate outside Government. They have one leader who all follow it's not a shared power structure. They are subversive and consider anyone a target including a busload of children. The MS-13 gang is Salvadorian started in Los Angles in the 1980's. They've been building their influence in Northern Virgina since. They similar to terrorist groups have a language and code of ethics different then average citizens and are a subculture. So yes they should be considered terrorists. If you recall Tookie Williams who started the Crips. He was sent to prison in 1979 for shooting an immigrant couple along with their 41 year old daughter. He killed them for 100.00 and some loose change. The Crips terrorized Los Angles neighborhoods with their covert tactics and cruelty they eventually lost influence to other Hispanic gangs. The key word terrorized.

terrorists tends to mean a form national and and act of violence.
a domestic terrorist is someone who works with a form national for the same goal.
so to answer your question then I could say it's possible?
but a gang is closer to the old mobster stuff from the twenties.
since the cycle tends towards the adult members recruiting the kids to do the dirty work...kids don't do hard time while adults do,,,as a rule...
then the answer should be remove the adults that enable the kids. cut off the head the body will die...thing...

Yes, they should. When I was growing up my cousin was involved in a gang. They shot at our house many times without even thinking that there are Innocent people inside. I woke up one evening to a load banging on our front door. Once I got there a bullet flow passed me, so my dad bought a 22 shot gun and sat there night after night waiting. Let's just say he's only 43 and has a full head of gray hair. Anyway, these gangsters need to be take in to custody and sent to serve our country in boot camp.

Ya know what? I think Bush is a terrorist.. I think anyone that kills someone is a terrorist.. the meaning of the bloody word is " Someone who inflicts terror" and I'm telling you, if I saw someone kill someone..
