Would a similar solution end the fighting between the Arabs and the Jews? I mean wasn't the fighting in Ireland about legal control of disputed territory dating back to a former war?

ok now people where does it stop.
People are suing the tobacco co. because they say that the tobacco industry held back important health risks to the dangers of smoking.Bullshit!!!!!
What people cant read the surgeons general warning on the pack of cigarettes there smoking? Maybe I should sue miller for the failed info they give on the dangers of drinking and that if i continue to drink my liver is going to take a ****. Or maybe i should sue the drug company that makres vicodin for not telling me of the risks of addiction or how it can desroy my liver as well. Our maybe I can sue them for the pain and suffering i am going through from the withdrawl that they dont mention.
You tell me.

I know ur thinking, "well that's a stupid thought, b/c every courtroom is open to the public." Well, not in my town i remember from couple of yrs ago in my high school yrs, we took a trip to a nearby court but was denied access into this one court case that i have no idea why. they just simply didn't let us in into that particular courtroom, all the others were open. Why is this so??

I'm getting married and we both need to make them. I don't want to get one of those PC or DIY packs from newsagents- I have read nothing but bad press about them actually being used as proof of a will. How much would it cost, just a simple one because we don't have very much, with a solicitor? How long will it take and what information do we need to bring (I know solicitors charge by the hour!).

Now, i'm in the prosses of writing what i hope to be a novel. obviously i wont go into full detail, but in brief i'll be creating a character very much similar to Superman in order to illustrate a point. this character is probably going to be almost the same thing, only i won't call him superman, and he may have a slightly different back story. Its mainly to illistrate a point, but what are the legalities that may come up upon the writing this book. it isn't even about this character, but its to illustrate a point that does revolve around him, and Superman will be referenced.

If that's a bit confussing, feel free to email me to help understand what i'm saying: scott_sou@yahoo.com

What is it about the abortion issue that brings out the idiots? I don't care if you are for or against it, but if you make a statement like "people who have abortions should be killed", then you are an idiot!

Does it make any sense to say that you are against abortion because it is killing a human being, so the punishment should be to kill a human being???

The "step" family has decided that the wishes my aunt carried out are not what he wanted, even though he stated to hospice nurses, ministers, funerl workers etc. this is what he wanted. Can they legally get his body exhumed? And if so what has to happen and what kind of costs has to be paid for this?

The reason the first head of the dea made it illegal was to first attack the black community, then to keep mexicans out. when studies proving that marijuana is safer than tobacco and alcohol are just thrown away so that a law will pass to outlaw it there is a problem with the system that should be corrected. a president of our country stated that the consequences of the law were far greater than the damage created by the smoking of marijuana. check out norml.com for more info

I am curious, for those of you who are for the death penalty, you would be willing to sentence someone to death, correct?

Once that person is sentenced, could YOU then flip the switch, pull the cord, inject the poison, etc. that would ultimately kill a man/woman?

Do you see a difference between sentencing someone to death and being the one to actually kill an individual?
