Because of our financial situation, my 19 year old daughter is unable to pay her fines to District Court. She was advised to write to the judge. She was told to explain why she can't pay and set up a payment plan in the letter. We are not sure how to word it and how it should look.

REALLY! If anyone deserves it, it's HIM. 50 000 Iraqis dead. The
allowing of widespread torture. Non-stop aerial shelling of Iraq.
Coming close to destroying the environment by pooh-pooh the Kyoto Protocol as well as gutting every emissions-curtailing legislation. Wiretapping the innocent. Not giving a damn about any of this. In conclusion, I quote from a graffito about what the rest of us are forced to do: "BUSH SAYS SHUT UP and SHOP!"

Thank You For Letting Me Vent!

I think child molesters, child abusers, and child rapist are some of the foulest ciminals to walk the earth. Children are vunerable and innocent. To take indecent liberties with or to abuse a child in any way is repulsive. There are people who hurt children but don't actually murder them. They may not kill their body but they kill their spirit. They rob them of the self worth, youthfulness, joy, laughter, freedom, and the trust that makes childhood worth living. It leaves these children emotionally and mentally scared for life.

We are also wanting to know, why did the Sex Offender Registry not save this child from this very possible horrid danger? We also realize that most likely there will be more new knee jerk, get me more votes legislation for the Rehabilitated Sex Offenders that do not and will never offend again. This one man, who is, I would assume, a Sexual Predator since he had more than one molestation charge against a child already, should have been watched more closely, had a stiffer sentence or something to that effect.

It's nothing personal, but is someone worth US$200,000,000 really suitable in the role of "champion" for the poor?

Wouldn't his crusade "ONE" appear more genuine if he himself were'nt obsenely rich?

In my opinion the only people worthy of accolade and praise are those who make meaningful sacrifice and give themselves to causes, like Mother Teresa and Fred Hollows...Put it like this; Bono has amassed a fortune which is equivilent to 3,375 average annual Irish family incomes. Ireland has the highest poverty rates of any European Union country.

He loses me when he preaches, what about you?

P.S. If you're going to have a dig at me, make sure you have a contact link so I can reply!

I was at my graduation and my principal which never really liked me. Made a comment that my mom and I really didn’t like. She made every one think that it took me a long time to graduate. Like I was suppose to graduate a long time ago. I felt really awkward and embarrassed after she did that. I already felt awkward knowing that I’m a different race from everyone else. Could a file a lawsuit on her for doing that?

The insurance company holds the insurance claim money until the law suite is completed against the owner of the vehicle. An illegal immigrant without a license was hired under the table to drive this vehicle without the proper or valid license. He was 100% negligent. I need 4 surgerys and I am in pain from my neck down to my feet. Compressed nerves in neck and back and two torn rotator cuffs in the shoulder. I have been out of work and need money badly. On an advanced payment, how much do they charge you for the interest until the case is settled. Please give any examples if you have them. Thank you.

I was terminated after almost 9 years of employment with no warning. I received a 6% raise 2 years ago, and had not had a yearly review since then. I was not told I was doing anything wrong and had no write-ups in that 2 year period that I was aware of. When I asked why I was being terminated I was told I hadn't made any improvements, even though I was ahead of schedule on the projects that I was working on. I know Florida is a "right to work" state, but I would just like my pay with having to sign this document. Do I have have any recourse at all?

The level of racism in America from the House of Reps to the White Congress Estabishment...should these other colored countries trust American Democracy. Will immmigrants be treated the way people of color and poor whites are treated in America. We don't practice Democracy with our colored people, how can we implement it elsewhere with other people of color

stomach, killing her fetus. In the majority of states, this is considered MURDER. (see below)

But five minutes later, the Doc. could do the exact same thing, albeit more humanely, and soicety does not bat an eye.

Does this make any sense at all?

see e.g. NY Penal Code:
§ 125.00 Homicide defined.
"Homicide means conduct which causes the death of a person or an unborn child with which a female has been pregnant for more than twenty-four weeks under circumstances constituting murder ..."

FYI - THis is not a loaded question. In my personal opinion, making the Doc., the criminal is not the answer, yet I think a fetus that the mother intends to carry to term deserves some measure of protection, but those two beliefs lead to the absurd situation reached above.
