This is a tough call, either they can be put to death, or get raped for the rest of their lives. Both are pretty good.

After second offense yes, for sure. After first offense, get some counseling, if that didn't work that's why they did a second offense, and their mind isn't functioning as normal and never will. Overcrowd an insane asylum with them, maybe, but they can escape...I'm supposed to be against the death penalty but in sex offense cases, I'm not so sure I am against death penalty...

Yes, let's go back to 1950.

We've been there, done that and it had no effect on rapes. But, it did cause rape victims to be murdered since you can only be executed once.

it depends if it was the first offense or not if he did it a few times death to him if its the first let him get raped in jail for awhile

na death is too easy for them. let them suffer in a jail for the rest of their lives where (as i heard) they them selves will get raped
