Actually, in most states if he makes under a certain percentage or certain hours, he can still claim unemployment.
You can call the unemployment department, but you will need proof of their employment and they will investigate.
I would reccomend it because the unemployment only has so much funding and they are just taking away from someone who needs it. At the same time, he did put money into it and it is mainly paid from his hard work...

Bring proof, irrefutable proof that he's actively doing a criminal act. Then go to the local EDD office and ask to speak to the Deputy in charge of Code Enforcement. Tell them what you know and submit the proof, you can remain anonymous, but if you want to have the possibility that he'll find out, you may submit your information. Also, it's always a good idea to place him in, locally, a spot of public humiliation. It serves as a deterrent to others that are doing the same and also a great way to make a lawful statement of your own.
Is the latter a good idea, no but it's up to you, as is turning him in.

That's called double-dipping. It's the same as doing a job for one company on another company's time. You can get fired and go to jail for that. However, in today's trying times, he's probably still not getting enough money to make ends meet, especially if he has a family. If he's a filthy, dirty, stingy jerk, go ahead and report him to your State's Attorney's Office. They'll cut him off quick and make him pay back what he owes. They will investigate the length of time that he's been on the other job. He may only have to pay back the difference.

Go to the unemployment office with proof of his employment or at least with a number of the office so they themselves can verify. And its anonymous, if thats a problem

Depends if you are in the US or UK. In the UK you can call the benefits office, you don't have to give your name and tell them what you know.
I despise people who work and claim. He deserves whats coming to him!

well go check him and see what he has of a rap sheet and then go to the unemplyment office to tell them where he is working
