Get your facts straight spud. Hamas does not recognize Israel's right to exist. Hamas operatives have been firing rockets at Israeli cities like Sderot and Askelon. Hamas admits to having kidnapped an Israeli soldier and is demanding an exchange of prisoners. How should Israel be protecting its citizens from continuing acts of war by the Hamas led Palestinian Authority? This is the result that the Palestinian people should have anticipated when they elected a government sworn to the physical destruction of the people of Israel.

Reasons:
Gaza is not a sovereign state
If Israel left Gaza and then the Palestinians attack over the border as they have, isn't it Palestinians who are declaring war on Israel?
Murderers should not escape justice just because they are elected to office.
Israeli cabinet ministers have already been assassinated by Palestinian terrorists. The only reason more haven't been killed is the Israeli security and the threat of justice that would follow.
FYI - one of the murderers of the tourism minister is now suing the UK government for allowing him to be caught by the Israelis - and he's not even a failed asylum seeker!

Hamas is the government of Palestine now. Surely their acts of terrorism against Israel can be regarded as acts of war giving the Israelis the right to invade?

How dare you call the Israelis "Terrorists"?! They are "Victims"! Have you lost your mind?
It does not matter how many people they butchered,kill,arrest & torture, also does not matter the age or gender of those arrested or why! OK,they maybe 10 years old or pregnant women.Still , Israelis are VICTIMS, either we like or not.
