I believe that according to maritime law, a wreck belongs to whoever finds it. In this case however, the ship is a tomb for over a thousand people, and raising it would be disturbing the remains of the dead. This would not go over very well with the public.

No. Dont see how. Actually if you found parts of the Titanic, I guarantee you could get at least a million dollars on e-bay. By find a fan attachement from the boat, or a piece of a door. People would buy anything. Also your saying "take back" as if you already had ownership of Titanic property so I really having a hard time understanding this.

person thing fro dead people yes money no you can take that dead bodys or bones no let the lay parts of the ship no let it rest
maps maybe logbook yes take it pictures why not take them
but it should remain a tome for all that died on her and not looted of personal affects they say hen you go you can not take money or gold with you so there you go anythink else is person stuff and should remain with the dead

No, as people have done it. If you mean HUMAN remains, there are none on the wreck.
