A friend of mine was telling me he has a toad thats lived under his house for years and its huge,,,,, helps rid him of many pesky bugs. He says he is taking the toad with him. I say it should stay in its home it has had for the last six or seven years and is part of that house? Is it right to force the toad to leave with him? And wouldnt it be part of the new owners property and be sold with the house?

Since when have we, as humans, respected what is 'natural'? And since when has what's 'natural' been right? In the wonderful world of nature, there are no morals. There are no ethics. There is noneof that. We, as humans, have always fought against nature (not that its a good thing...), so why are we all of a sudden saying that nature doesn't want men to have sex with men and women to have sex with women? And what's so bad about homosexuals or bis? Are they hurting anyone? How are they destroying marriage? I cant imagine waking up in the morning to find a husband who says, "Well, honey, they're letting the queers get married, so I'm deciding to turn gay, kill some people, and leave you and the kids for good. Have a nice life!" Come on people.
Now, think about this: How can you possibly call yourself moral when you deny people a basic right--the right to happiness?

Please think--don't let your pastor, parents, friends, spouse, partner, family, or ANYONE tell you what to think. Think.

If the laws banning gay marriage are in the name of religion, then since by the constituion the laws are favoring one religion over another, they are unconstitutional.

What should be done/what are the consequences if someone did this to me...?
In the bathroom wall at school it was found that someone had written a direct death threat threatening to kill two people with a gun at a specific time. Deans have been notified, but what can be done now (this is for a friend) because the evidence strongly points to a specific kid? And what would happen to someone who was convicted of this? Much thanks!

I just did a search and cannot believe the number of people who have no idea the damage that CPS can do to families. If you people have never been in that situation why would you possibly tell them anything??? This is their children and if you believe that CPS follows any kind of laws then you are highly mistaken. Think about the damage you are doing to these people and look into the crisis that is on going with this agency and help these people if you are going to answer them!!

I just saw an ad from a legal firm soliciting clients who may have reason for a claim against the makers of Levaquin - a very powerful antibiotic. There is a relationship between Levaquin and tendon problems for some people.

This is an important antibiotic that would not be perscribed unless you had a near-life threatening condition. Even if you had a tendon problem (which is very rare) does curing your infection not justify this side-effect?

Is it reasonable to sue every maker of medication for side effects?

Does this unnecessarily drive up health costs or is it justified because drug companies make so much money?

Is this a good check and balance for potentially dangerous medications?

Why do americans follow this political correctness so blindly? We all watch what we say, and of course there are exceptions to some people who are allowed to speak thier minds. Does anyone know the origin of political correctness? it came from a theory of hitlers! so why do we follow this code, and who says what is politically correct or not? I think we need to speak our minds, and just get over the fact that some people wil just simply hate you, no matter if they know you or not!

From what, exactly? Why is gay marriage a threat? I'd think the 50% divorce rate would be a bigger concern, if 'protecting' marriage was what all the fuss was about. The Constitution isn't there to diminish rights or further political ambitions.

My wife as I stated has almost perfect credit with a 740 credit score BUT she doesnt make the money. I however filed for bankruptcy a chapter 13 1 year ago and it has not been discharged yet. What are the chances of us obtaining a loan either before my debts or discharged or shortly after?
Or do you think it would be possible for my wife to obtain a loan on her own legally in some kind of no income stated program?
Thank you and your answers are very much appreciated.
