how do I find a good divorce lawyer (it is likely to be messy, contested and custody issues) I guess there are solicitors lists somewhere. website or link?

joe don't take this the wrong way... i hope you have success with the kids... the best way for the sake of them is too stay amicable with the ex... there is nothing harder than living away from your kids... you have to patient also... sorry joe, the kids will probably end up with mum... the children have really... from experience, be in clear danger, to prised away from mum... that is if they are not old enough to make the decision themselves.
even then it can be difficult!
possesions... next time store everything in your loft, and tell them you have nothing!!!! in fact really think twice about a next time!

Can't help you with names but I do know, you get what you pay for. It should be worth it in the end, though you have to be sure of the lawyer before you take them on. It is a lot of money.
