I'm getting divorced and the motorcycle loan is in my name, and my soon to be ex-husband has possession of it, he refuses to get the loan in his name, and if i sell it i will be taking a 2,000 hit that i can't afford to pay out right now. He currently is not making payments on the bike and because our divorce is not finalized he is not legally bound to make the payments.

So how bad is it to just say F*** it and just have it repo'd.

If we as a society do not focus on what's more important....We are not gonna have any churches standing up for anyone to get married..........Because all those suicide bombers in the middle east who have watched the UN troops and our troops kill their families and destroy their country because of our personal greed.
They will eventually make their way here and retalliate.

Besides...........the only reason that 50% of all taditional marriages fail is because one of the spouses are busy jumping the fence trying to breakup a relationship with two people of the same sex.

If people of the same sex got married ...then perhaps tradional marriages will stay together because there is no more temptation.

My company in PA has many pieces of abandoned Lawn & Garden equipment. Originally brought in for service. Many customers have paid their estimates and signed waivers for us to dispose of. Unfortunately quite a few just ignore us.How long am I obligated to store their junk if they do not pay their estimate or respond to a certified letter of release?

I think a search system should be put into affect for all missing persons rather a child or an adult...my brother has been missing since 11/2/05 and I have his missing profile on my 360 page for all to view. I feel the detectives have lost all interest in helping find out what happend to my brother and they seem to just not care , yet his case is still open but they say we don't have anymore new leads to go off of to be able to do more investigating...well they failed by not checking with local pubs ,bars in that area to find out if he had been in there any time during that first 24hours he came up missing...I wish there was more I could do to light a match under the detectives butt that is assigned to my brothers case...

THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME TAKE DRUG TESTS. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY DRUGS IN ALMOST 10 YRS. I DONT DO DRUGS BUT THEY SEEM TO THINK I DO. WHAT DO I DO? TAKING DRUG TESTS ARE ANNOYING FOR US PEOPLE THAT DON'T DO THOSE THINGS AND AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTION. WHAT PURPOSE WOULD THAT SERVE ANYWAYS? IF I WERE A PERSON DOING DRUGS, WOULDN'T THEY THINK I'D TAKE SOMETHING TO COVER UP ANY DRUGS IN MY SYSTEM. THIS IS A WAASTE OF STATES MONEY , YOU THINK?

Seedless fruit is an abomination to God!

Genesis 1:29-30
Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.

Only fruit with seeds in it and seed bearing plants are ours for food. Seedless plants and fruit comes from the devil. Those that eat seedless grapes and watermelons be forwarned... You might end up in a place that is hot... for erternity...
LOL

Or how about chewing coca leaves like the Andeans?

Fundamentalist Christians say evolution, abortion, homosexualtiy, and a plethora of other things are immoral based on their fundamental reading of the Bible. Where is the fundamental reading here? Does this pasage tell us that creating and eating fruits without seeds is an abomination? LOL

My dad was brought in to a hospital in Jan of 06 and died 2 weeks later. No family was contacted during his stay. He had no picture id, but a charity card with his name on it. I believe because he appeared to be a homeless person (which he was not, but he did have a drinking problem) no attempt was made to contact his next of kin or family, not even the church on the charity card! He died in Jan of 06 and we finally found him in april, in a city morgue, sadly but aslo luckily. We found him just days before he was set (paperwork and all) to be sent to potter's field and buried there, which, is a cemetary for unidentified people. He would have been buried there and we would have never know what happened to him! Do we have a case of neglect for whoever is responsible for this near catastropy on top of our tragic loss??

My boyfriend signed a DNR during when he was around 18 or so during a time when he was having open heart surgery. Don't ask me why, he does strange things and is very hard headed about them. He also said he refuses to have any blood transfusions, even if it means he would die. I don't know if this is in writing or not.

I don't agree with any of this, and I think if it came down to it, he would actually like to be resucsitated, but he won't even talk about changing it. He told me it may no longer be in effect any more so its not an issue.

Well, it could possibly be a huge issue if its still in effect. After we are married does the spouse have a legal right to "veto" his DNR and to okay blood transfusions for him if he is unconscious? After all, he's only 28! Why does he have a DRN to begin with??
