someone created a fake profile of me on myspace and made me look horrible, it has been deleted but that person now has my pictures and some of my info, im scared that they might do it again and try to make me look horrible and maybe even get me into trouble by putting me on other friend networks or back on myspace or in a chat room and try to make me out to be some horrible person.

Absolutely. These days everyone gets into trouble whether they knew or not. If they find out in the long run who it really was and you weren't aware of them doing this then chances are you will be fine. If you knowly let this person take your identity and do this then you are just as guilty as they are whether you did it or not..

It doesn't matter what name or pictures a person uses. If they're going to do something illegal, their ip address is where the authorities will go.
