probably not, especially if it is the type of sexual offense that is required to be on the Sexual Offender Registry.

No felony convictions can be expunged, doesn't matter if it's a sex offense or anything else.
In most states you can file to get a "certificate of rehabilitation" if you've had no other trouble with the law for a certain period of time, and that will show on your record also. Getting one also usually automatically submits a request for a governor's pardon, or you can submit for a pardon seperately. Getting a pardon doesn't expunge your record either, and what it does do for you varies from state to state. But the fact you were convicted will always be on your record.

Only misdemeanors can be expunged. The DA and your PO would have to be notified so they would have some say in it. It was most likely a felony, in which case, your only option would be a pardon from the governor. Check with your local court clerk or law library. They should have a packet with the forms you would need. I live in California so I don't know if the other states are the same or not. Personally, unless you were wrongfully convicted, I hope you don't get it.

that depends on what the sex offence was, how long ago it was committed, and how old the other person was, your question need to be expanded further. there are a few answers here that indicate that you are a dire criminal but obviously dont realise that having a piss against fence is a sex offence. your best bet is to see a lawyer.

Most sex crimes are felonies. They won't qualify for expungement.

When you are asking questions about local law, it helps to include where you live.
