Case was remanded from fed court, state is dragging their feet, possible politics instead of law. Appeal has been dragging on now for over 6 years, sentence imposed had been served. State has consistantly avoided issues presented, feds want a determination from the state. Been proceeding pro se, lawyer should not touch issues presented or be blacklisted. Attempting to demonstrate corruption within the state courts, abuses of discretion of the judge, altering and fabrication of transcripts, (with the assistance of the da and appointed attorney). In the meantime, confidential and protected information has been submitted to news media, broadcast all over Milwaukee. Case was decided on public policy ignoring the constitutional rights of a law abiding citizen who was never guilty of any crime.

The arresting officer lied to a Grand Jury in order to file charges. Part of the bond condition added by the Judge was weekly UA's, which came to several hundred dollars. I spent almost 5 mos. in jail on a contempt charge, which would have never occured had these charges not been filed. My utilities were shut off during my incarceration, lost work, & now stay with friends while trying to put my life back together. Can I sue for the time spent in jail? Can I be reimbursed for the cash spent on bond and on the UA fees? I live in Johnson County, Texas. Should I get a lawyer? (Mine was court appointed). Thanking you in advance for your kind consideration in this regard, I am

Sincerely,
Callie

In the bathroom wall at school it was found that someone had written a direct death threat threatening to kill two people with a gun at a specific time. Deans have been notified, but what can be done now (this is for a friend) because the evidence rather strongly points to a specific kid? The deans do not seem to care too much about it, and the police are taking it slowly; what can be done besdies waiting for them? And what would happen to someone who was convicted of this? Much thanks!

We export our bad diets, bad morals and arrogance. I still think it's the best country to live in, but I have some misgivings about what we're doing to other countries. Or am I just being paranoid?

An employee stole cash and forged checks amounting to approximatly $20,000. What type of felony is that in the State of Washington? Is there a statute of limitations on such a crime? If so what is it?

The fathers that are trying to make their payments are losing their jobs because the courts are locking them up. This is ruining the fathers credit reports, and they are being forced to undergo terms and conditions that are unconstitutional. We need to have more support from the men in the United States, because this issue is separating the children farther and farther from their biological fathers. Let's face it ladies, these men are not coming back to you, so destroying their chances of living a productive life is not going to make them love you any more.

Heres the deal-I just started getting emails from paypal that say things like "thanks for adding an email" & " thanks for purchasing.." one of them said that they thought there was "suspicious activity" on my account. My problem is that I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT! I started to sign up on thru ebay, but only got as far as name & address because you have to enter your credit card # & that makes me nervous! Anyway, I emailed paypal about it & they haven't repsonded, except for some emails about my purchases.(which I haven't done). I emailed ebay today, & called my credit card company to close my Account & change my #---there have been no charges on my credit card yet. So is it possible someone is using my name on a credit card that has a different address? How to I go about finding out if this is true? I am freaking out! Has eanyone else had emails like this from paypal?
PLEASE HELP!!!

While swimming at a pool at a casino rv park my 4 y/o stepped on a drainage cap that wasn't screwed down, 1 leg fell into the hole while she straddled the cap resulting in damages to the labia minora, was transported to another hospital for surgery that night to repair damages. There doesn't appear to be any major damage to ureathra at this time. I don't really want to consult an attorney, but I do want a fair settlement & all expenses for my child. What should I do?

Creating a ten fold increase in the number of drug offenders incarcerated.
It is illogical to spend tax dollars on long imprisonment when other means have proven far more effective in addressing the social problems of drug abuse and addiction.
State leaders are reforming ridid sentencing guidelines, drug and parole policies.
I feel high cost of incarcerating drug offenders 9.4 billion annually would dramatically reduced.
I would like to see relief from injustices through a revival of federal parole and/or a dramatic increase in good-time eligibility of prisoners in federal custody
