You are going to have to go back to court and let them know your one child is with you or you are going to be paying still for the both of them.

I am in law enforcement. You will need to have a court hearing and a judge will have to decide your case. If they have full custody you will pay until a judge sees other wise. regardless you will have to pay until a court orders other.

depends on your situation. i would think you'd only have to pay support for the one still living with the mother, unless the mother makes more money than you, then you might be able to collect support from her! dude, get a shyster and go for it!
