Im almost 16 and my boyfriend is almost 18 so...could anyone help me out please?

As far as research shows the egyptians created slavery and yet black people complain about the time spent as slaves in this country. Egypt is in africa and the american slaves were bought from their own people. So why don't they talk about that? They are free here now. And in africa with every coup more people die. Not to mention the starvation or disease so who is worse the people who bought them as slaves and later set them free or their own people who enslaved them in the first place?

When Jesus healed people we nailed him to a cross. when MLK said we should get along and live together we shot him. When Lincoln freed the slaves we shot him. Whe ghandi tried to teach us peace. We shot him. Why can't people get along? And why do we kill people who try to be nice and help people?

I myself am a Jew and it bothers me when people say that they should get this or that because their ancestors were mistreated because of skin color or gender or sexual preference. The jews were enslaved, made captive, ruled over, mistreaded, made the victim of genocide, and we deal. If you can't move on give me a good reason why. If you get it let me know? But why should anyone get special treatment? Showing benefit to a person because of that is only racism against the one who don't get the benefit.

In a divorce decree from when the kids were little it states that..." the plaintiff shall pay $( so much money) per week as and for the the support of the two unemancipated children for so long as the plaintiff is custodial parent. Payments shall be made directly from the defendant to the plainttiff. " My question is simply this... once the children reach 18 years old ,can the child support stop? Even if they still live with the custodial parent ? They are both working and in community college. There is nothing else in the divorce decree specifying support continue during college. What do you think?

I went to my local hardware shop and was walking through the flooring section. One of the sales girls came up to me and out of the blue went 'Do you want decking?' I hadnt dont anything to her yet here she is threatening me and saying she will deck me. She was quite big and could have done some damage to me so i got the first punch in right on her jaw. I got dragged into the back room by the management and they called the police. They are trying to press charges and wont believe i was acting in self defense. Im sorry but if someone comes up to you and says 'Do you want decking' one of you is getting a punch so i would much rather it was them. Do you think i was in the wrong?

Briefly, I was recently burgled. After he had stashed what he wanted at the front door, he entered my bedroom where I had my 2.5 and 1 yr old in bed with me as they were both sick. I woke up to find him 2 inches from my daughter with his hands right near her armpits as though he was going to scoop her up. He has been caught and charged with Aggravated Break and Enter. But It has terrified myself and my children. My nerves are very bad now and I am having nightmares of him running off with my daughter and her screaming for me. I have also been prescribed anti depressant medication which I'm a little hesitant to take as I have suffered from serious depression before and been down the medication road.I'm alone with my four daughters and this has changed our lives terribly. We are all very fearful in our own home now.People are saying I should instigate a Civil Law Suit, but I don't know if I have a case for distress and suffering. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Promoting hate is illegal in both Canada and the US. But, should it extend to comments made in private conversations.

In Canada, if one makes hate comments, even in private, they could be subject to prosecution, if they knew, or ought to have known, that those comments could have been interpreted as public.

I have noticed Congressmen who are white don't have a White Caucus. But, they help people of all races, acording to the laws. But this must mean the Black Caucus membership will only help black people. I also noticed they are angry that Congressman Jackson was caught with dirty money and are fighting the issue. But when the white men are in trouble for the kick-backs and dirty money, the black congressmen just laugh.
I am an observer from another country and I am neither black nor white. I believe my observation is fair and has validity.

For instance...

Two opposing gangs enter a hospital and start fighting. To ensure saftey of other patients and hospital staff, the hospital administration locks all interior and exterior doors prohibiting everyone from entering or leaving, both into the hospital, and from room to room.

Considering fire safety codes, providing for safe escapes and such, is the above action leagal?

Never thinking I would be gone long and he would straighten up. But after almost 2 yrs of him jerking me along,thinking we were working towards living together again I catch him with another woman. And he lies about it and starts bringing up all the old **** for a smoke screen and puts all the blame on me.when all he wanted to do was live his single life and keep me on the hook so I wounldn't go on with my life. So like an idiot I thought he was sincere,but once again he just made a fool of me. And she hasn't left his house once. Will a judge grant spousal support for adultry if I was the one who moved out. Or will he say 4 months isnt long enough? And do I need proof to show infidelity?

I was molested as a child, and I have been the best full-time loving and caring mother there ever was, but when I filed my divorce, my ex got a lawyer and tried to say that I was abusive and had all kinds of problems since I had been molested, etc, and made up horrible, horrible lies about me. And... since I was so exausted from fighting him during our marriage, trying counseling, etc. I had no strength left to fight him, and guess what he took my kids, even though he refused to pay for any financial obligations during our marriage such as food, clothing, doctor visits, school needs, etc. He was very controling during our marriage, hid all financial proof of income or savings. AND I had previously filed 2 restraining orders on him. It was all I could do to leave that creep, but because I had been molested, the courts BELIEVED his lies over all of his crap. I have never did drugs, drank, cheated, etc,
I am still in shock and am only now getting my chance at possibly getting my kids back

The defendants are 2 big corperations and my lawsuit has been in the District Court for 5yrs 5months. The Judge seems relaxed about moving the case out of his docket. I have lost $250,000.00 in back wages and $399,000.00 in medical expenses. 2000lbs fell on me while I was working there as result of their mistake.
