I am going to say this... Keep in mind I don't advocate this!!! I am NOT telling you to and the following is not in any way shape or form any responsiblity for your own actions. I don't think backhands are out of the question... you can't do it back because they will probably just take YOU to court... that is how it goes and talking is just that...

My brother went on the internet and got a credit using my moms information. He use the card to get a $500 cash advance. She found out months later, when she got to the mailbox before him and seen a bill for it. She disputed with the company..and was told that she needed to have a police report made before they would consider dropping the charges on the card. The police actually laugh about it, and told her it's been too long of time to file a report. A year later they had her in court..and the bastards did'nt even show up..the judge smile at my 69 yr. old mother and threw the suit out. She was lucky!! so, don't wait to report your brother..or you might not be as lucky. Also, this was'nt the first time he's done stuff like this to her and my brothers..yours will keep doing this, if you don't stop protecting him..My brother is a drug addict and they really don't care at the time when they hurt other people this way.

No, it is not stunning. This individual is committing fraud and if he/she would not pay, the creditor will come once you for fee. in case you quite need to help this relatives member, cause them to a joint cardholder on your account, yet do no longer provide them a plastic (credit card) to purchase issues till you approve. otherwise, you're putting your self in possibility.

If you don't want to call the police you have to beat them down. Although he may just move on to another family member who won't beat him.

I would cancel that credit card so that they can't use it and go open up another one but make sure it is safe so ONLY YOU can access it!
