I was sexually assaulted while at school by a minor. This is not his first account of this. I'm pressing charges and it is 4th degree sexual assault. What will happen to him???? (I'm a minor too)

Not nearly enough will happen to him, sadly. I'm sorry for what happened to you, but 4th degree will land him in a juvenile detention facility, hopefully till he's 18, then after that? He'll probably walk, with a clean record. It's up to you to follow the case, and speak at his probation hearing. Good luck.

He could be charged as an adult. It is up to the court to make the decision about the punishment. I hope they make sure he is never allowed near you or your school again. He should be sentenced to a long jail term as a sex offender. Sex offenders cannot be cured. It is a permanent condition. I hope you are getting therapy.

Criminal laws and sentencing will vary from state to stay. You should ask the prosecutor about the potential penalty. Anything is possible, he might even be found not guilty.
