Can I use an existing patented product with my own patented product?

I want to use a specific type of socks in conjunction with this pouch I created.

You will have to contact the entity that holds a patent to the other product first, and they will likely make you pay licensing fees to use their product.[1]

Define using them together. Using a rubber band as a belt for your invention is allowed. Using rubber band as your new, elastic donut is not allowed.
