I would like to look up charges and court dates of an individule and not sure if their is a web site that you can use.

If they are currently in jail, you can find out everything for free on their prison's website.

If not, you can do crimial background checks online....of course they cost.

Your city or county should have a web site, or you can probably contact the county clerk at the courthouse. It is a matter of public record.

depends on where he was charged and if he did jail time. Some states list it on prision/jail web sites.

most states have this info on line but charge a small fee to access their database
