Does anyone know exactly which US states have their own right-to-know laws, affecting employers beyond the Federal RTK laws?

Thanks

I know that many states have RTK laws, but some states have RTK requirements that go above & beyond the Federal RTK law. Those are the states I am interested in.
Thanks.

This pertains to environmental right-to-know (regarding workplace chemicals).

its called FOIA, Freedom of Information Act. any request for information you make, if there is a reason section on any application, make sure that along with any other reason you may have put down, you also write F.O.I.A. at that point if you are denied the information they must provide a reason in writing why you my not have that information.

I'm not 100% sure this is what you're looking for, in Illinois right now it's apparently waiting to be signed by the governor that pharmicists have to put up a poster (the size of a piece of paper) that women have the right to know what their contraceptive rights are. That's probably not what you're looking for, but I find it interesting!
