Why so being ignorance that undocumented Immigrants are not only from Mexico or Mexicans. They are all over the world.

If your medical exam comes out positive, ( say, active tuberculosis) will the US embassy automatically deny you for US Visa, or do they give you chance to get well until your exam comes out negative? I know Manila is congested with pollution and this type of disease is not rare in that country.

They leave there own country come over here and then want to change our laws. when if they want to live by there laws why come here in the first place.you dont here the jewish population asking or wanting to change our laws nor do you hear of the chinese asking to change anything.

My best friend is lesbian and she is not American. She is here to visit me. In her country, homosexuals are hugely discriminated and even physically abused. I want her to stay in America, legally. How does one go about it? Is discrimination and abuse based on sexual orientation good reason to make her get legal status to stay here? Any info will be appreciated.

I Just turned 18 and i've been working to save towards becoming a citizen of Canada. I know you must have Three or four years of Experience in Canada before coming a Citizen. But WHERE would i go to get a Visa? Would Anyone have Any Information? I don't Know who To Contact. PLEASE and Thank You

I want to move Canada from Dubai, for a better future, but I don’t apply immigration yet, because I am getting 7 less points than 67 points (including my spouse qualification and my Canadian citizen relative). At present I am working in a well-known bank since twenty five years in Corporate Banking Division. I am working as an Assistant in Customer Service Unit. If I get a job letter from any Canadian organization, it will be must I get immediate Canada immigration. I tried to applied job thousand times, in several companies in different provinces! but not yet receive any positive reply. For other province’s immigration their first demand is "a Job offer must”
Some companies like my Resume but they apologies to send me job letter and without job letter I can’t do anything for Immigration. Tell me, How I get a job letter or any other way to Canada immigration? I don’t want to go any lawyer. Suggest something good for me.

Why we treated Undocumented Immigrants as a criminals when the Law said it. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Why others who commited a crime can pay a fine, Jail time or action and go back to the society and not the Undocumented Immigrants?
Or we are ranting by our own ignorance that we never commited an illegal action in our life. Then we should called ourselves illegals criminals too.

to sue on the grounds that your fifth ammendment right was violated? An illegal was asked by a cop if they were a US citizen and they said no. The cop notified immigration. Now they are suing. Just wondering.

I keep hearing how third worlders are the only immigrants who refuse to assimilate, learn the language, tend to have lots of kids and outbreed ctizens, demand it's host countries change it's way to accomadate them, etc.

The immigration problems in the U.S. and U.K. are good examples of what I mean.

I want to emigrate to America. I've been thinking about it for the past year as i'm fed up with all the red tape surrounding my job, and i fancy a change in my life...a new challenge if you will. What i want to know is, how would i go about applying to emigrate to the US. Bearing in mind I'm a Police Officer and have no real skilled trade in terms of qualifications etc. I'm from the UK and I'm 26 years old. I've heard that emigrating there is next to impossible, but it's something that i want to do.
