Be the President of The United States of America, and stop being a business man.

Smarter, much more charismatic and persuasive people than myself have doubtless tried to talk some sense into his head on the subject and failed. I can't imagine that there's anything I could say to the man to change his mind on that or any other subject.

I'd muster what respect I could for the office and say "It's an honor to meet you, Mr. President." And I'd be on my way.

if there ever was a president that absolutely without a doubt needed to be impeached it's him.
the ONLY thing he cares about is his own absolute power. he should never have been elected in the first place.
as far as illegal immigration, he has done next to nothing about that as he has done for everythng else IN this country.

close the borders for 10 yrs. we need to get this mess in the usa cleaned up. build the border fence that an ant couldn't get through. no more immigrates. yes my fore fathers, were immigrates, but when we got here i'm sure they behaved and if not i'm sure a few of them got shipped back to europe. if an immigrate misbehaves, get them back where they came from, no ifs and or buts

Wasn't it a part of your Presidential Oath to uphold the laws of this nation? Then why aren't we doing just that and doing something about illegal immigration??

My question would be "Why have you NOT taken care of the American people?" That question would also cover a multitude of sins.....

"Can I see your fore-fathers immigration papers, Sir?"

Note that most of our fore-fathers, who came to America before the Naturalization Act of 1790 where all "illegal aliens", or at least could be considered so by the current occupants of the land, the native american, whom were decimated so that the new aliens could stake their claims.

And so many people forget what Lady Liberty has to say on the matter:

"Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note she doesn't ask for your papers...

EDIT:
Also consider that for the typical immigrant to get legal papers, they spend somewhere around $5000 - which means the people who NEED to come, often can't legally.
