also it should have cameras that anyone on the other side trying to jump it who gets within 50 feet of it should get shot with an automatic machine gun
also there should be deadly bugs that burow it your skin scattered and breeded all over the wall and on the floor surrounding it

Bullets are cheaper and buzzards need to eat. What part of our being ''invaded'' do you not understand? I live in New Mexico,these mutts are wiping us out and you want to quibble about how to stop it,considering the numbers of mutts already here,this is crisis territory.

Actually it doesn't need to be that big. Just put up a double fence of two regular 12 ft chain link fences with a mine field in the center,problem solved as I see it.

don't know about the demensions of it but with this article there's a picture of a portion of it that has been already built. so far so good they say it's working too and they said it couldn't be done and it wouldn't work.

Sounds great to me, making sure that the wall is at least 30 ft high too. Makes it tougher to climb :)
