The dream act did not pass.Which have led many illegal children with no hopes and less opportunites in this country. You cut the wings off a young illegal immigrant that has been in this country for a long period of time, honor roll students , top class graduates, high SAT's scores, great athletes, and whats worst they didn't ask to come here they were brought here. You treat us like criminals thinking that we are stealing your money and taking your jobs.Thats not true.We came here with the same purpose as you did .We came here looking for freedom, opportunities, and for a new begining. My question is if the english came here illegaly fought for there independence from the British for and in this country, african americans fought for there equality and freedom in this Country, why can't a simple act that is trying to let illegal students have the same opportunities as a regular citizien not pass. Are u intimidated or jealous? We are not doing nothing wrong we just want equality.

I personally think they should become citizens. I like how they come here to work for their family. Thats means something, but I hate how their children cheat the school system. And none of them wanna pay taxes, which brings down the value of the area. High latino/hispanic areas are very poor and ugly.. What do you think?

There is not one shred of evidence to support this wild eyed bigoted claim. The link says nothing about this person being here illegally.

And in the efforts to blame illegal immigrants not one word was mentioned regarding the loss of human lives and homes. Sad.

If rape, robbery, home invasion, murder and much more are happening and Mexico knows they are criminals shouldn't these people be able to sue? Also since the governments (last ten presidents) knew about this shouldn't a fence have been built. Should we cut off aid to Mexico or take out to pay the victims? Should Mexico police their own people and give us rap sheets on them so we can pick them up if possible or just turn a blind eye and go to the mall?

(10-25) 09:28 PDT Los Angeles (AP) --
Police have arrested a man in Los Angeles after witnesses say they saw him lighting a fire on a hillside.

Authorities say 41-year-old Catalino Pineda was seen starting a fire in the San Fernando Valley Wednesday and then walking away. Witnesses alerted authorities and followed the man to a nearby restaurant where police arrested him.

Pineda was booked for investigation of arson. Authorities say the Guatemala native is currently on probation for making excessive false emergency reports to law enforcement.

Police and fire officials could not immediately say whether he might be connected to any of the wildfires in Southern California.

The OTHER fire which illegals are responsible for is the fire where 3 of the 4 illegals died while making a bomb fire at night that got out of control.

I personally think a few of you owe me an apology.

I think its a great thing. I live in Canada, and I think you guys are incredibly lucky to have such a large group of cheap, unskilled labout.

Example: My room is really dirty. Its a total mess. There are books, clothing, coints, and candy wrappers everywhere. My parents are yelling at me to clean it, but I'm to busy. I go to university full-time, and have a part-time job, and today I'm cramming for midterms. It would take me a good 4 hours to clean this room top to bottom, but I just don't have that time.

I would gladly pay some poor, underpriveledged illegal immigrant $20-$25 to clean it. Try telling that to a legitimate cleaning service here. They'd laugh at you and say they want 80 bucks for 4 hours of cleaning. I wish I lived in Arizona, or California, or Texas, some state where I could walkt to the welfare office line and offer 20 bucks to clean my room. You Americans should consider yourselves lucky for illegals.

I'm not trolling, I'm dead serios. I want my own illegal!

I am not sure on what I need as papers go to go to Mexico and come back. Do I just need my birth certificate and California ID to do so? I think as I have read that I don't need a passport if you are traveling by land until January the 31 of 2008. But I read that you need a turist card or something like that in order to stay there for over 72 hours or if you are going inside further of the border zone. I mean, do I really need to get that even tough I look Mexican and speak spanish?

I guess the "Race" card wasn't working as good because people are tired of that insult...which isn't true to begin with. The facts stand that there are illegals from ALL over the world in the USA and it isn't just ONE nationality that is to be blamed. Even if I were to say that all illegals are Mexican, I am quite aware that this is NOT true and that it would be a false statement to say that it was.

it? If terrorist did it? Not that we know this now or ever will, but doesn't it make sense to build the fence in areas with the most penetration? In this way the border forces could be utilized better and keep the door open for the libs.

Should the Government give us back California and texas so that we will not have a border issue. I don't want to go to war with america but we mexicans are tired of this.

I personally don't care about illegals or people entering US illegally as long as they don't personally mess with me. However, I found it interesting that United States is know as "THE PARADISE FOR ILLEGALS" in South Korea. I think this is a huge shame on us Americans that our country has won that kind of reputation. Anyone can guess why out immigration law is fundamentally flawed?

E. Coli which is found in feces could easily be on their hands when they pick the produce. Even washing it off with water is not effective in preventing you from getting sick.

"The video, "Welcome: Portraits of America," is to be played at select airports in the United States - starting at Dulles International Airport outside Washington, D.C., and George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston - and at U.S. embassies abroad.

About four minutes into the seven-minute production, viewers are treated to the impressive sight and sound of water roaring over Niagara Falls before the screen shifts to the Lincoln Memorial.

In showing the natural wonder, Disney's filmmakers, however, chose the Horseshoe Falls, the only one of Niagara's three waterfalls to lie on the Canadian side of the border separating western New York state from southern Ontario province.

Making matters worse, a visitor to the U.S. would not even be able to get the same view of the falls in the video because the scene was shot from a vantage point in Canada..."

New York Governor is going to give illegal immigrants a "Special drivers license" different from those legally residing residents will receive. These will say the holder is an illegal immigrant of which they will then be hunted down, arrested, then deported thru an automatic assembly-line solution using the given addresses that were given to obtain the special license. Is this not entrapment? Is this legal? Gov. Spitzer is working with the federal government, Homeland Security, who is trying to find solutions of illegals entering and staying in America, thus creating a security breach of U.S. borders.

Just like Europe, North America would merge into a big union. For a start Canada, the US, and Mexico would become a union. All three languages would become official and a citizen of any of these three countries could live and work anywhere. Borders would be symbolic, just like in Europe (EU has 14 official languages)
