They come to our land like locust eating everything in sight and crowding our schools, hospital, killing and raping our citizens. we must build a fence as high as the empire state building to kept them. I call for a moat between the USA and mexico filled with crocadilles and aligators. we must stop this invasion before its too late.

we lost millons of lives decideing to draw a line against nazism in Poland and then allow them to be opressed by the USSR for 40 years and now we bregrudge them coming here to work (largely legally) seems to defy logic what ever you feel about immigration

How can you tell which immigrants are here illegally or legally just by looking or causally interacting with them? Many of you complain about the Mexican cashier, or the noisy Latino neighbor. Yet unless you make a habit of asking for social security numbers ( which you verify )you really have no idea who is here legally or not.

Or do you have some type of illegal-dar?

While not all illegals are Mexican, a vast marjority in fact are due to the closeness of the border. Do you think that the U.S should send Mexico a bill for costs to provide citizen's health care and other assistance? Mexico does not want "closed borders." However, they cannot have the best of both worlds. Why should U.S. citizens continue to pay for these services when many cannot even afford to pay health care premiums for themselves and families?

A tourist came to America for 3 months and finally decided to get married in the United States. He has not yet received his green card because the girl ran away, even though he is still married to her legally as it shows on paper. This man is stuck in the country and is nervous of being deported back to where he came from. In regard to that, can he divorce her or vice versa and reapplies for his own green card? What are the appropriate steps for him to start since the girl never did hand in the paperwork to the lawyer or part of the paperwork has been turned in to a lawyer? Or, which route should he take in order to live in America legally without being afraid of being deported to where he orginally came from? Please give me some advices regarding this matter as soon as possible.

The reason the price of corn is going up through the roof is because of its use for alternative fuels. Now there are riots over the cost of tortillas in Mexico.

I try to stay up with current events and was totally aware that the governor of New York was pushing to let illegal have drivers licenses and that the man in charge of issuing them was fighting him tooth and nail.
Then I saw an item in the politics section of YA.

http://www.newsday.com/news/local/wire/newyork/ny-bc-ny--immigrantdrivers1027oct27,0,674004,print.story

I am pissed. We fought the Shamenesty bill to death and WE have stopped the DREAM sneaky amnesty 5 times.

Some of these politicians still are not listening, so once again we must get their freakin attention.

If you agree with me that illegal means ILLEGAL and you don't have rights because you aren't supposed to be here and that any government official aiding and abetting is an accomplice not only to the law their breaking but any laws the illegal subsequently break.

I have already written all three of my congressmen and the President about this criminal attempt to circumvent the law of the land and the spirit of that law.

Anybody that can manage to find their way onto YA can do a quick search and find out which ones to write in your area.

Please help it is time once again for true Americans to speak out and make our selves heard.
