ILLEGAL INVADERS that have been here for more that 5 seconds should be deported.
Just because they have lived here ILLEGALLY for that many years does not make it ok. If a murderer doesn't get caught for over 5 years should he get away with it? NO!
Their ILLEGAL kids should be deported as well. And yes it should be ok to take everything away they got here because they obtained it ILLEGALLY.
As you can see, ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS have hindered your education, you can't spell correctly because you got a sub-par education because funds that should have gone to your school went to ILLEGAL INVADERS.

The kids can go with them,its terrible that these children are used to say poor us,if these illegals did the right thing and went through the process like many others have there would not be a problem.I know there are many good hard working illegals here,and I know they want a better life.Go to Fox News.com and use the Hannity and Combs link,look for the price we pay link,did you know at least 6 different hospitals in California have closed due to the lack of funds,illegals used them so much they had to close,there is gang violence and other terrible crimes that some illegals commit against our citizens and then they disappear.

No they should not be deported because more than likely they already have kids from here and i think its just stupid to have a kid from here and take them to live in mexico. cause when they get older they would probably wanna come over here and they wont know english or have schooling or anything it'll be like they arent even from here. and no the kids should not be left here cause that will just add to the foster homes and i'm sure the government would prefer for the parents to work and support they're own kids than they have to give money to support kids. Illegal immigrants should only be deported if they are murderers rapist and anything bad everyone else just wants to earn a "decent" living and work. I wish the indians had treated christopher columbus like they treat the mexicans now cause they did the same thing they came here looking for a better life. Think About It

Let me rephrase your questions and send them back to you.
Why should illegal aliens that have been here for more than 5 years NOT be deported? Answer: There is no reason. They don't become "less illegal" as time goes by. There is no statute of limitations on illegal aliens.
Why should illegal aliens NOT be deported that had kids that were born here? Should we NOT send any criminals to prison because they "have kids"? Answer: The parents knew they were breaking our immigration laws when they did it, the same as ANY criminal does when they break the law.
If illegal aliens are apprehended, they face deportation...PERIOD.
If criminals are arrested, they face prison. PERIOD.
It doesn't matter if they have children or not. Lots of families are also victims because of crimes their parents have committed. You don't pardon criminals because their family will be affected.

Yes, deportation is the answer. They were illegally in this country 5 years ago, and are still illegal and need deportation.
Immigrants? No, illegal criminal aliens.
Their children born here, as it now stands, are citizens, however, the parents have the right to take these children with them when they are deported. If they only had these children as anchor babies to keep them in the US of A, then they can leave the citizen children with legal relatives, or put them up for adoption in the system. The choice is theirs, not ours. THEY put their children in this situation.
Anything the criminal illegal aliens acquired while illegally in this country should be taken away because it was acquired illegally.
Round them all up and deport ASAP.

i am sorry but there are ways to come to this country legally and if you are here illegally, either 1 day or 20 years, you are still here illegally. that's all there is to it. it's not ok. and it's not about racism. also, children who are born from illegals should not be american citizens as well. i will support my reasons. when committing a crime, anything occuring from that crime is illegal correct? well by breaking the law, the mother had her child here illegally, therefore, the child is here illegally meaning the child is not eligible for citizenship. imagine if all americans made that a law, see what would happen. but yes all illegals should be deported. i'm sorry

YES. They should be deported. No, their children should be sent with them. No, they aren't treated "like worse than murders just kuz there immigrants (sic)". They are treated better than federal felons should be, however. They have committed a federal felony! Yes, everything should be taken away. They have been profiting from a crime.
Deport all illegal aliens.

yes because they were not supposed to be here in the first place. and while it's sad for the children involved the fact still remains that the parents were not supposed to be here...what if we started to let people stay just because they had children? dont you think that would send a message to illegals that says if you sneak over and have kids it's okay?

Yes, they should be deported.. They are no less illegal after 5 years than they were when they crossed into this Country.
They aren't "immigrants". Immigrants come into the Country via legal means. They are illegal aliens and subject to the laws of this Country.
