With the sorry bunch of politicians in and around this country of ours, I am 100% sure it will get passed much to the dismay of the rest of us legals. They are not going to quit trying until it is passed. Oh btw, them criminal CEOs in the country are doing their darnest to get it passed also. Greed has taken hold of this country.

Yes, only after the elections!
Right now neither party wants to appear as if they support it!
After the elections the crooks will do it in some form anyway!!
From what I've read the Wet Dream Act takes much better care of anchor babies and their parents!!

Let's hope not.
The government has no idea who entered before the age of 16. It would cost millions to verify that, and they know it.
Once given amnesty, these illegals could then sponsor family members. Once again, the government doesn't know who is or is not a family member.. There is no money or man power to research that.
The teary eyed Democrats need to let this one lie.

Our sources tell us that the DREAM Act will be offered as an amendment to the Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations bill (H.R. 3043) on the Senate floor, most likely late TODAY or TOMORROW. Things are moving so quickly that even Senate staffers don’t have the text of the amendment!
Nevertheless, WE know the DREAM Act grants amnesty to illegal aliens who entered the U.S. before the age of 16. And those who are granted amnesty may later petition the Department of Homeland Security to grant their parents legal status.
Also, if past versions are an indicator, the amendment will have no caps on the numbers, no age limit on applicants, will allow “conditional legal permanent resident status” to be extended indefinitely, and will provide for retroactive benefits. We can also expect the amendment to authorize in-state tuition to illegal aliens and make illegal aliens who receive conditional LPR status eligible for federal financial aid.
ACT NOW TO STOP THE DREAM ACT!
Please call your Senators IMMEDIATELY and let them know that you oppose the DREAM Act.

It has been shot down several times now because the American Citizens do not want amnesty given to the illegal criminal aliens.
Were it to come up for a vote again, it would again be shot down.

They may try to sneak it in again but Americans including myself were so outraged we faxed, emailed and phoned all three times to defeat this bill and will do it again and again and again until Dickie Durbin and his ilk finally get it into his thick skull he can not pass this. No it will never pass the American People will not let it.

It has never even been approved for a debate or a vote. Instead, cloture has been voted down over and over and over and over again. This is NOT going to happen.

No, and I don't think they meant it to be approved or they would quit the cute tricks in the language, like waivers for inadmissible people, and rolling entry dates.
