I do not have any type of ancestry in Italy. My parents were both born in the U.S. as was I. I am simply intersted in relocating my residence to Italy.

How do I obtain Italian Citizenship? Do I have to relinquish my U.S. Citizenship? Can I hold Dual Citizenship?

What process must I go through?

The notion huge importation of cheap unskilled labor “to do work no one else will do” with citizen benefits is good for the economy, is insane. Why have higher educations, if cheap unskilled labor is economic prosperity’s key? If it is such a good idea: why hasn’t Mexico, Latin America, India, China and other overpopulated countries with cheap unskilled labor been able to overcome new global market economic chaos? Why not open all nations’ borders and let unskilled workers enter freely like we do?

If 30 million unskilled workers are good for the American economy; why not get 300 million or a billion? If more is better, then bring it on. We can show the third world, population explosion is a good thing. Starving Africans “too lazy to work” may see the light and want more cheap labor to end famine.

When the pro's and illegals take about human rights and freedom of speech this all seems very well and good as long as it helps their cause adavance. Now the latino's when they do not like something, the free country, free speech only applies IF it helps them. They are trying to take away freedom of speech. On Friday, two armies converged upon McHenry County College.

A group of Hispanic students offended by the presence of the anti-illegal immigration group on campus attempted to protest an Illinois Minuteman Project seminar at the college's conference center Friday evening.

The students gathered at 5 p.m. in the college's common area in campus Building A, to collect their thoughts and tape "immigrant" signs to the backs of their shirts.

At 6 p.m., they attempted to walk through the campus corridors to Building C, where the seminar was held, but were blocked by campus and Minuteman security.

"MCC is basically on lockdown," said Carlos Accosta, executive director of the Latino Coalition, who attended the event. All doors in Building C were locked except that of the room where the seminar was held.

Guadalupe Ortiz, a 19-year-old business student, agreed. "Normally, classes would be finished by now, but the building doors would be open and you could walk through the campus and use the computers," she said. "I've never seen it like this."

In 2005 Bush signed a formal agreement without the approval of Congress that would create "security and prosperity of partnership of North America." It is not a trade agreement, it is an open borders policy with Canada and Mexico for the removal of America's sovereignty. Then there will be a new currency, like the Euro in Europe, called the Amero. I think we've put this on ourselves with Americans nagging about illegal immigrants and national security. What do you think?

Thats what happened to Louisiana hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens if not millions converged on the state and there was practically no work for the victims of the hurricane and most of the reconstruction money was mailed back to Mexico to the pleasure of Vicente Fox. Do you think there will ever be an end to the rape of our nation?

It's been almost a year of me asking and answering question on Yahoo Answers.
I wonder what kind of people like to answer on the Immigration section because it's full of harsh, cruel, and hurtful answers.
I rarely hear and answer for the question, instead I see people making of the person asking for having whatever problem they have.
I've noticed on the Family section, people just say what's on their mind.
The Education, specially the Elementary section is where the people seem to want to help the people asking the questions.

But what is it about the Immigration section?? Why is it so full of haters?

By sending Zimabwean asylum seekers back to Malawi knowing these people will eventually end up back in Zimbabwe where they fled from and where they face certain death? This is just a loophole in visa laws exploited by Britain to reach targets for removal and is virtual murder. It was Britain was is not who colonised these parts of Africa and like everywhere they interfere with other honourable tribal peoples lives, death and suffering ensues?

I'm currently a short-term missionary in the Philippines but will be returning to the US in June. I'm in the process of petitioning my Filipino fiancee but I have a problem: I'm a missionary. Because of that, I don't make anywhere near the required $18,000 a year. When I return to the US, though, I'll resume my public school teaching job at about $35,000. I have a good amount of savings, also, but I hear they look at the previous year's W-2.

Is there a way around this problem, or is my fiancee going to be denied a visa until I get back to the US and work long enough to get an updated W-2?

I've been told that anyone can fill out the affidavit, but I'm wondering if that's true. It seems like the future husband would be the one the USCIS people would want to make sure has the cash to support the girl.

Well, I've already asked couple of questions but I wanna make sure about one thing.

I'm preparing for Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration.
I was searching for more criteria that I can get points.. I found out that I am possibly satisfied with second specialty in Training.

I have a math degree in Undergrad. That is areaB : 5points.
I'm gonna go to a grad school for Probability and Statistics:
That is area A: which is 12 points.

I'm not doing double major or sth else. Those are completely from diffrent school and they are different degree. But math and statistics could be basically same.

I wonder if I can get a points as a second specialty. It could be possible if I pursue electrical engineering degree. But How do you think about math and statistics. I mean, the website "distinguish" them, obviously. Still wondering cuz i can't apply without that points.

Please let me know , THanks

My parents pushes me to take up nursing course for college but i don't want to. It's not my field of interest..I go for media studies. They say once I graduated nursing I'll go to other countries to earn big money because there's no hope that we can be rich here in our own country.

I hate my country! I really do! but not ever once came into my mind to leave the Philippines and work abroad. Why do this have to happen to us? Why do we have to leave the country for success? Why do I have to argue w/ my parents w/ what course shall i take? Why is our country like this? Are we even a country? According to a book I've read, the Philippines cannot be considered as nation. That is why we are still called The Philippine Islands! Why is that so?? ANSWER ME!!

WASHINGTON -- Republican presidential candidate Tom Tancredo wants foreigners seeking visas to join relatives in the U.S. to provide DNA samples to prove their family ties.

The Colorado congressman introduced a bill Tuesday in the House to require the tests, saying documents provided by immigrants to show they are related to U.S. citizens or permanent residents are sometimes sketchy and unreliable.

''This will help protect the integrity of our immigration system,'' said Tancredo, who has based his presidential campaign on curbing immigration. ``It will give us one more tool to make sure that the beneficiaries of these visas are who they say they are.''

Immigrants would pay for the DNA costs through visa application fees under the proposal.

Earlier this month, France's Senate passed an immigration bill that would allow consular officers to request DNA samples from immigrants wanting to join families there.

The U.S. allows spouses, children, parents and siblings of U.S. citizens and spouses and children of permanent residents to apply for visas and green cards to join their relatives in the United States. http://www.miamiherald.com/campaign08/story/273835.html
Medical testing was good enough for our grandparents and great grandparents, it should be a priority with those sneaking in and caught. No one mentions the diseases that are coming in from other countries and the multitudes filling our emergency rooms that we’re paying for. Next, we can discuss how many terrorists have also walked across our borders and are here awaiting orders.

fence. We could use that money to replace the 186 medical failities that went out of business in California from being overburdened by the illegal aliens. Then our Senators could just ask them not to come and stop bringing the drugs that are destroying our country. Ah dah!?!

I am a submissive white male, and I have a strong feeling of inferiority to, and worship for, Mexican women.
Whenever I see a Mexican woman, I have a strong and almost uncontrollable desire to kneel down and kiss their shoes.
I would even be honored to be their doormat if they needed one. I was wondering what I should do.

They say most Mexican women are more on the "submissive" side, so I don't think they will ever allow a white guy like me to even kiss their shoes.
What if I seen a Mexican woman, and voluntarily came up, knelt and bowed down, and kissed her shoes? Would this be something illegal, and would I get some kind of harassment charges? Do you think a Mexican woman would realize and be pleased that she is respected or worshiped? Any suggestions on how I can show a Mexican woman proper adoration, without over-stepping any boundaries?

A University of Wisconsin System regent has quit because he's upset over how the governor has treated illegal immigrants.

Jesus Salas sent his resignation letter Friday morning as Gov. Jim Doyle signed the new two-year state budget. Salas accused Doyle in his letter of not fighting hard enough for a budget provision that would have let illegal immigrants who graduate from Wisconsin high schools pay in-state tuition. Lawmakers stripped the measure from the document.

Salas went on to say he's angry with Doyle for signing laws that require proof of citizenship to get a driver's license and prohibit illegal immigrants from getting state-subsidized home loans.

"In spite of the fact that Latinos share the same fundamental values that brought generation of European immigrants in the same manner to Wisconsin, it is only we who are 'illegal,''' he wrote. "Everyday there are those, individuals as well as representatives of communities as a whole, including state entities who are contriving ways to further deprive us of our US Constitutional rights to life and liberty.''http://www.startribune.com/462/story/1510388.html

I just heard there are many volunteer firefighters that went from Mexico to the USA to help fight the bad fires you're having in CA..... of course they weren't asked for any documents to enter the country, yet Americans could think that there could be some people among them that might try to use this as a way to enter the USA. Why don't you expel these "illegal" people as well??? Only cuz they're helping you now and you feel that the rest of the immigrants aren't?? So when you do need mexican work force it's ok to cross the border without papers and without being suspicious about them, but when you don't want them it's ok to expel or even kill them? You should be fair.... you want no mexicans over there? Then send our firefighters back and get the fires extinguished on your own.....

Don't mean to be rude to the Americans who aren't immigrant-haters, but I've seen so many ppl bad mouthing mexicans here that I just thought I'd make this question....
