I personally don't care about illegals or people entering US illegally as long as they don't personally mess with me. However, I found it interesting that United States is know as "THE PARADISE FOR ILLEGALS" in South Korea. I think this is a huge shame on us Americans that our country has won that kind of reputation. Anyone can guess why out immigration law is fundamentally flawed?

It's flawed because Bush signed a secret bill opening our boarders. He didn't consent anyone before signing it, not congress or the senate. He just took it upon himself to decide this for us because the bankers who own the Federal Reserve want Canada, the US and Mexico to become one nation so they can control all of their money and not just the US's. Oh, did I mention Bush's great grandfather was one of the bankers that founded the Fed. Reserve? It's never about what's good for US citizens. It's always about what's the best way to line their pockets with more money.

Immigration in America became a problem because rights are being protected even for illegals. It is democracy that invited the illegals to come to America to pursue their dreams.

Politically speaking there are more Hispanic than blacks with the illegals. The Libs believe they have their blacks all in a line like nice boys and girls. So they need the Hispanic vote and they way to get them in line is to create the impression they are compassionate to their cause so they can get their vote. So they throw out the word amnesty, citizenship and the mean old republicans hate you. The truth is the Libs will exploit the Hispanics and leave them high and dry just like they have the black people. Are Blacks better off since LBJ? No! Their are more families (generations) stuck on welfare, there are more gangs, drugs and killing of blacks on blacks every year and how has the left helped the black community? Make it harder to leave the system, ACORN teaches how to abuse the system but no one on the left helps the black people join the pursuit of happiness on the left. What minorities are trashed in America? Successful conservative minorities, that is who. What Hispanic gets trashed in the media, the flag burner or the suspenseful Hispanic Conservative. For the LIBS it isn't about jobs, wages or the drain the illegals are to our economy it is all about their control over the masses. Just like it is for poor blacks, poor whites and poor anybody.

Who gives a crap about what people think in South Korea? That is totally irrelevant to this topic.
That said, the answer to your initial question is simple: money. Our government is in serious debt right now due to the war and low taxes, and they cannot afford to pay for the enforcement of the law, nor can they afford the economic disaster that would result in booting these people. Regardless of how you feel about illegal immigrants, you surely must realize the immense costs involved in digging up 12 million people and deporting them. It would literally cost us a couple hundred billion dollars, if not a trillion. Good luck finding that kind of money.

They need to get rid of all illegals in my opinion. They don't bring anything to this country and they make us look bad. Most of them are dirty and have no education. Something needs to happen fast cause its getting out of hand.
