If rape, robbery, home invasion, murder and much more are happening and Mexico knows they are criminals shouldn't these people be able to sue? Also since the governments (last ten presidents) knew about this shouldn't a fence have been built. Should we cut off aid to Mexico or take out to pay the victims? Should Mexico police their own people and give us rap sheets on them so we can pick them up if possible or just turn a blind eye and go to the mall?

It's true that gun "totin" laws spook the bad guys. As far as stats all I have is news and then Outrage, by Dick Morris (Bill's former guy turned traitor) and he endnotes, but they check out) and he does list a bunch and 600,000 illegals in jail. He states that is 27% of Federal prisoners (300 in fed and 300 in state)

Lets be realistic here, one, the U.S. can't force a government to let us sue them. Now I live in New England and crime by illegals is about zip except for a few drunk Frenchmen from Quebec. Does anyone actually have an figures on the amount of crime caused by illegal so called immigrants. I am not talking drug lords here, for they will sneak in anyway for they have money. There has been government corruption in Mexico long before it actually became a country and by the looks of all the congressmen here heading for jail, we may catch up in the future. One more thing will a fence actually work and how much will it cost to build and maintain. Cutting off aid to the Mexican government is not too good of an idea for it would only make things worse and least threatening to do so gets some results sometimes. I am less worried about Illegal immigrants from south of the border than I am of the Chinese. There is a difference between Northern New England and Southern New England. In the southern part the people have let the state take away it's rights to have fire arms as well as a lot of other rights. Here in the North we do have guns and the crime rate is low, I wonder why???

Really, governments are responsible for protecting their own borders from invasion and their own people from crime. For example... Americans are free to travel anywhere. But, if you disobey the laws of the land you travel to... you'll find yourself in BIG trouble. The Mexican government is ecouraging this invasion, but obviously with the blessing of "our" treasonous government. Obviously, it would be possible to prevent illegals from working, banking, driving and finding housing here.
We must be very careful to place the blame where it belongs. "Our" corrupt, treasonous government is allowing a foreign invasion of the USA!!! They need to be removed at once and punished for their treason according to The Constitution. That's the real problem and the only real solution!!! The criminals who've overthrown our government love it when they can confuse us into misdirecting our anger and energy elsewhere and they are too often successful. Time for us to open our eyes. These criminals are not our government!!! Replacing American workers with foreign slaves is not free trade!!! Allowing a foreign invasion of the USA is TREASON!!! These are acts of war against the American people by the criminals who've overthrown our government and pose as our government... as they unconstitutionally merge the military with law enforcement to wage war against us as we wake up...

I think someone should do it. Our government is not responding to the will of the people. They have a constitutional duty to protect the Us and its people and they are not doing it. I say if you are a victim of a crime perpetrated by a person here due to the govt's refusal to secure our borders, you should sue! If the gov't was making a good faith effort to stop the flow, thats OK, but they are doing nothing. The only people going to jail are border patrol agents themselves!
These people are over burdening our schools.
They are overcrowding cities and towns
They refuse to at least become a part of our nation
They laugh in our faces.
They are Running hospitals into the ground..there are areas that no longer have ER's because the hospital can not afford to treat all the illegals, so they close the ER. Only those with personal doctors and insurance can get admitted. Hospitals are only legally required to treat emergencies. No ER, end of problem.
Then the kicker is, if you speak out against what is blatantly wrong, you are called a racist.
Enough is enough.

A dallas area hospital sent a bill to the mexican government last year for all of the illegals they treated, and they were of course labelled as rascists and told not to do that again.
