I'm from a EEA area, and after one year working in the Uk, i've right to apply for a residential visa. . . I was wondering what is a prosedure, where to apply, get a form, what you acctually need to do (what concerens a paper work). if anyone already has that kind of experience, i'd be glad if he, she can share it :-).

You have no rights, but even if the laws say differently it is a matter for the immigration officers to decide. In order to deter people like you we will keep putting up the Visa costs then say that word NO everytime you apply.Appeal if you wish but that costs money too,and that body will not go against the refusal, they will use different words to keep things sweet. But when will you realise the British are not stupid people and no way will you take our heritage from us.

Go to the Home Office website if you want to apply for a UK visa and ask in the British consulate in your country.
