You ARE aware that not only the Mexicans are on an increase in influxation but ALSO the CHINESE are coming by way of the mexican border. BUT , they are coming in in mass amounts from CANADA also.

Do you not find it strange that these CHINESE who are COMMUNISTS are being ALLOWED OUT of their country? do you think the Chinese Govt is aware of this? I WOULD SAY SO!!!!!!

The United States has the policey , to not give into the demands of terrorist. For when we give into them, then we have lost.

Immigration reform is like this in such the same way. They refer to it as a comprimise, they break our laws, steal our resources, cause burdens on our schools and communities, and then they want us to comprimise, but I ask you what are they giving us ? So far all they have done is take from us.

Would making any deal with them, be the same as giving into the demands of terrorist ?

I was certainly happy when I did, but I don't think I was nearly as happy as some of the people there with me that day. I think it was because of the circumstances that brought every one of us here in the first place. I did not come here fleeing poverty or war, prosecution, repression, any of that. Mine was a choice when I met my husband who is an American born citizen. It would have been hard for him to move to my country because of his disability, so we just decided to live in the US.

Among the people getting their American citizenship that day was a gentleman from, I can only assume, Africa, he had a smile from ear to ear and he seem just about ready to clap and jump for happines. Also there was a family from, (because of the name I got to read on their certificate) I think they were from some eastern european country, they had the smile frozen on their face. I can only imagine what they must have gone through to get here or what they were leaving behind.

My husband and I have been married six years, and I want to file an I-130 for him. Currently, we live outside of the US, but do plan on moving back there once he is able to get his Green Card.

We have an immigration lawyer, and he told us that if we file the petition with the USCIS then the process is easier but takes a longer period of time. He that by going through the US Embassy here where we live, the process is harder (they require original documents as opposed to copies, there are more interviews, etc), but that the completion time is shorter - sometimes half the time it would be if you apply with USCIS directly. He said in the end it is our decision where we want to file.

I am just curious as to what other people's experiences are with filing with the USCIS vs. US Embassies. Is one really faster than the other?

Hi, I am bit confused. I recently got a soft copy of an appointment letter from Halifax bank London and these people are asking me to join their company for the post of Audit manager, paying me 10170 Gbpounds and lots of benefits. They asked me to contact UK travel agency, who inturn, are asking me to pay 600 GB Pounds, then they would send me the visa. How far is this true even I am confused. ANY IDEA!!!!!??????
