We did that once before.....that's why there's 20 million more here illegally.

Besides......they can't accept the fact that a great deal will get NO as their answer.......because they are not wanted or needed or could pass any test to be here legally.....that's why the big rush with anchor babies. If it were really that simple....don't you think it would have been done in mass before?

So no......at one time I was for that. Till they took to the streets for criminals and threw their babies in the mix. Now....sorry....they can all go. I can't handle another foreign march with flags flown from other countries and people screaming in a foreign language in my face. Can't convince me of anything if I don't understand what they're saying and tossing "race" and children in the mix to excuse their behavior isn't a strong selling point.

It took them over 20 years to give amnesty to a few thousand........it would take less time to throw them out than try and weed the good from the bad with 20 or so million. I figure the "good" ones are already trying to go the legal route.

The first thing that these people did when they stepped foot in this country was broke the law. The condition by which they are here is illegal in that they #1 are undocumented guests of this country and #2 have no permission to be here (because of #1) which falls under almost every jurisdiction's Criminal Trespassing Statutes.

Another crime that is committed is that they do not file tax returns as EVERY resident of this country, citizen or not, is required by law to do (bearing that their income falls above a certain limit which encompasses over 99% of the population).

Actually, some illegal immigrants do file tax returns, which in that case means that they have assumed the identity of a legal resident which violates multiple state and federal laws including Identity Theft laws, Forgery and Uttering, Perjury (by making false statements on Federal Tax documents), etc.

Then, many of these illegal immigrants drive don't they? Federal Law requires that every state verifies proof of citizenship before issuing any state ID. If they have a license, it is either a fake or they forged citizenship documents to get the license (both crimes of Frogery). If they don't have a license and drive anyway, well that's against the law as well.

Many illegals go to hospitals for care, which by law they cannot be turned away, so when payment cannot be rendered who do you think gets stuck with the bill? - That's right. Honest Americans who pay taxes.

Many illegals, when they commit the crimes that I have listed above, get pushed through our court system and then many of those enter our prison systems. Who do you thinks pays the court fees, the public defender, and the $25,000/year that it costs to incarcerate the individual? - You got it! The American tax payer.

Actually, the laws we now have on the book are just fine. They just need to be completely enforced.

Those that are illegal criminal aliens have no rights, and will not be granted any rights.

There is to be no amnesty in any form for those that have broken our laws no matter how long they have illegally been in our country.

Criminal behavior should not be rewarded.

And while we are at it why don't we just forgive all the murderers, druck drivers, rapists, thieves, and violent offenders too?

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE CRIMINALS JUST FOR BEING IN THIS COUNTRY!

Passing a law to make them legal is not the answer. It just says "I know you broke the law, but it's ok now" and that paves the way for people to break more laws.

They need to be deported, and then they can try to enter the LEGAL way.

No, they broke the laws of our country and have been for along time.. Why does everyone want to come here?

If you can find that out, you can help them develope it in their own country.. That is what america used to do you know..
I am sick of everyone just letting people come here feel sorry for them and let them take what belongs to our children and their children.. We have every right as a people to wonder what these people believe in, which was why the laws were put in place to protect us.. Or guess what? they will turn our country into what theirs is..

I don't want my grandchildren to have to deal with it..

This country is not international land for crying out loud!! We have paid the price for it, our sons and daughter are dying for it.. If they want to come here, let them walk through Iraq and help pay the price we have paid..
Nothing is ever respected or loved unless you have indeed paid a price for it.. The more you GIVE a person without them working for it, the more they use, it is free, why not.. Which I might add is how we have raised our children.. we don't teach them to work for it anymore, we teach them to just have it.. NO WONDER WE HAVE THESE ISSUES NOW!! If you take a child and give them everything they want, are they going to take care of it? NO! Because they didn't have to do a darn thing to get it..

Same thing here!!

To me, that would be a violation of the law. There is a law that states you can not gain or be rewarded for a criminal act. Being in this country illegally is a criminal act. Hope that clears it up for you.

NO AMNESTY regardless of how you want to put it.

In all fairness, we should not reward people who knowingly and willingly broke our laws. They should be sent to the end of the line because they cut in front of others who had been following the rules and patiently waiting.
