History is about to repeat itself, only this time it's not in another country. Fear is the enemy that prevented people from fighting for their rights as they were loaded on trains...

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time "guards", but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:...

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997

allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998

allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999

allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000

allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001

allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002

designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005

allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051

specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310

grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049

assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921

allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency...

You don't like the Government anything in police actions?

So you would just rather leave this up to Customs and Border Protection Officers and Border Patrol Agents then? Of course you do know that we are all Federal Law Enforcement employees right?

The National Guard is only there to help us with Support Positions to free up more officers to get out and patrol the borders. The National Guard is not actually out enforcing the laws. That is still the responsibility of CBP. A division of the Federal Government out doing Police Actions.

(thanks for the help Muck)

it incredibly is in basic terms info of Obama's inexperience. The governor of Texas asked greater troops because of the fact the placement remains uncontrolled. So what does Obama do? Oh, we will seem at it. each and every of the liberals went loopy approximately hurricane Katrina and it grew to become into all Bush's fault for not sending in the national look after till now. So why is this diverse? you have drug cartels coming around the border killing civilians. Obama is an novice. this may well be a area of that try which Joe Biden grew to become into bearing on formerly. you do not tread gently in this occasion. you are able to desire to act hastily and prepare those drug sellers...and the worldwide...that we don't positioned up with crap like this. You kill our civilians, we kill you. next?

Its a matter of National security, which is certainly justification to use the National Guard. That's thier job.

Its not really any different than when the National Guard was sent to New Orleans after Katrina to help keep things orderly & secure. That was a form of police action.

No, I do not.
I do find it scary than millions of people have entered our nation illegally, unscreened for dangerous diseases such as MDR-TB which is fatal in 60% of cases and can cost up to $250,000 to treat. Other diseases as well are traced directly to illegal aliens by the CDC.
That alone is enough justification to use any means possible to secure our border, in addition to the multitude of other negative aspects of illegal aliens in our nation.

first off know what you are talking about you see i am one of those people in the military "protecting" our border and that is not what we are doing at all we are strictly surveillance in helping the border patrol catch people crossing we also help with drug stopping when it comes across but we don't do any "police" actions

Apparently you don't understand what the National in National Guard means. It is the number one priority of the guard to protect our nation. That's why the guard was established, so rather then finding it scary, you should find it comforting to know that they are doing their job.

No. The National Guard is supposed to protect the Nation. Illegal immigration is an invasion by law breakers.
