are you willing to pay higher taxes?Has there been an amnesty that would help regulate immigration? Why do those that are against in their arguments against it just use stereotypes?

Politicians don't care about your feelings on immigration, that's obvious. But how many of you know of the plan to make South America, Mexico, the U.S., and Canada a super economic powerhouse. Not neccesarily one government, but close. There are plans right now to build super highways connecting Mexico, the U.S. and Canada.

The plan is underway and your a pawn. Don't like illegal immigration? Nobody cares. Learn to like tacos, low riders, and gangs. The plan is moving forward. The rich need to get richer and you ain't stopin' them.

If it doesnt pass, the law will not be enforced and you know it. You live in an idealistic world, not a real one if you think it will. Illegal population will be 40 million soon and you will be even more mad. So I hope that our leaders really do pass this because it will be horrible to live here if they dont.

please give me a link to where can I find a proposed solution and the plan on how it will be acheived given by the ones that oppose to the bill. Many Puerto Ricans that grow up in Puerto Rico usually stay there and don't come to U.S. Myself personally is only to come to the states every so often and stay for a short period of time. Why is Puerto Rico so lovely for us Puerto Ricans?

In order to obtain a U.S Passport? If so, I would love to hear your story.

Don't get me wrong......I can't solve your problem, but we are having major nightmarish issues of our own, trying to get hold of a passport for our infant grandson, and I would like to know who else is having issues, as well. I know we can't be the only ones. So far, it's been a mass of bureaucratic NONSENSE!

This bill or no bill. This bill or no bill. This bill or no bill. How can you be opposed to a bill that as Ted Kennedy said "Offers the best border protection EVER" I know that many do not trust the government that they will enforce the law, but since 9/11 there have been 92 amendments, 59 committe hearings and 3 bills and it seems that we know what everyone here is against but they never say what they are for. If you want border enforcement THEN SUPPORT THIS BILL. Lets say hypothetically it was border enforcement only and no path to legalization, how would you know that they would do it then? You wouldnt. And if they dont do anything about the illegal immigrant there will be 10 million more shortly. Although this bill does not eliminate illegal immigration, it reduces it greatly.
And you precious tax money that you are all so upset about? All the fines and fees that the immigrants will pay will bring in 55 billion dollars and cost america 30 billion.

I dont really think there is a moral way to do it, but I have a theory saying that if USA restarts the draft for war all the illegal immigrants will leave because they dont want to fight for USA its not their country, but I would like to know others people solutions no matter how unorthidox may be.

My dad's neighbor suggested that sending illegal aliens to war would be a great idea. BY drafting them and sending them out would be a genuine thing to do? If they love living in a America, would they also love serving our country? I would like to hear everyones thoughts/opinions about this matter.

Our 4 wonderful(idiot) senators: Sessions, Vitter, Demint and Bond are under the impression that they didnt have time to propose amendments. I have been watching the whole debate today and after the wonderful 2 hour protest by these idiots, Arlen Specter(member of the GOP party as well) told the truth that on thursday when the first cloture failed, they had hours and hours to propse amendments, but instead they proposed none and they tried to stop others from proposing amendments. So next time you feel sorry for them, remember that it is a trick so they can buy more time. The process(clay pigeon) has been agreed by all the leaders of their parties and it is very fair.
