Yes, it is. You are crazy if you think that paying for lawyers (which the tax payer picks up) along with all of the benefits which will be granted to them 24 hours after applying for amnesty will not cost the tax payer that much. Not to mention then having to pick up their tabs of not paying the $5,000 (which you KNOW will happen to most of them)...Plus all the time that they have spent discussing the amnesty bill...

Why no cost analysis? Because if they did that then the American people will know what they are up to and how much of BS they are full of!

they haven't finished writing the bill let alone done any studies on it or even read the damned thing and according to the only people who have crunched all the #s yes its true an the law makers are thinking of how many votes theyll get from the illegals if they pass this thing not that theyll be kicked out at their next election oh by the way I beleive the hertide foundation took into account the taxes they will pay and its still going to cost us that much

They have the numbers, even the Congressional Budget Office
has told them and they're just ramming this thing through ( or trying to ) anyway. I believe well over 60% of the American people say they're now politically Independent but when asked if an independent could win the election they say no!. What does this say? it says these people are still voting for the Republicrats
and as long as we keep doing that we deserve what we get

NO! The cost will never be able to be measured.

The damage done to the middle class is almost beyond repair.

They don't care about the cost,it won't affect them at all. It is the regular Joe that is going to foot the bill.

for a start. once they get a ss# or tax # and file income tax.
they become eligible for tax credits. which means they get thousand for each dependent, so for every family you get
four thousand dollars from US taxpayers, plus health care
free education and SS# benefits which they will put bare minimums.

I admit I haven't seen the study, but I don't believe it.

If they illegals become legal, they can pay taxes, get health insurance, drive legally, get auto insurance, etc. Tax revenue will go up, economic activity will go up, medical costs covered by gov't would go down (even if on gov't medical care, still much cheaper than emergency room for everything), education expenses pretty much no different.

Also what is the study comparing to. Is it comparing with them not being here? Or comparing to them being here but still illegal?
